Pros:

From check-in to check-out our whole experience exceeded expectations. After our last minute cancellation of our original booking we decided on Best Western and are so glad we did! Would’ve stayed longer if we could.

Fantastic large room looking toward the Pont du Normandie. Excellent soundproofing. Didn’t hear a sound - and we did have neighbours. No fridge, but there was a safe.
Quality toiletries. Large clean bathroom, with separate shower and bath. Furnished balcony.
Two quibbles: WiFi was poor at the desk, but fine on the other side of the room. The sink drained very slowly.

Meget venlig modtagelse. Der var lidt rod i afregningen ved udtjekning, men det fik vi løst.
Morgenmaden var meget varieret, og der var mange muligheder.
Restauranten om aftenen er den samme som morgenmadsrestauranten; og den er lidt for enkel indrettet til at være hyggelig. En anden gang vil vi nok vælge en restaurant inde i byen.
Værelset fungerer godt.

La personne au check in a été tout juste aimable.
L hotel est propre et confortable. Pas de restaurant proche.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Le personnel du matin à été beaucoup plus agréable

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel qui est idéalement placé juste a côté d'une grosse boulangerie, un centre commercial et un supermarché à 2 minutes à pied.
Le parking est grand.
L'hôtel est très bien les installations sont récente et l'hôtel est agréable et propre.
Le seul petit bémol est que la piscine sent un peu trop le chlore.
Mentions toute spéciale à la dame qui fait le ménage, elle est venue chaque jour ce qui est rare dans les hôtels aujourd'hui, c'était vraiment impeccable et elle était très gentille.

Not within walking distance to Honfleur. View from room was over a flat roof with grass and weeds. Asked to change room. Was advised would have to pay more. Lots of water, brown stains in shower. Holes in walls where items had been fitted. Cobwebs in window. Outside of building dirty and not well kept.
Only positive was breakfast was good and plentiful.
