고즈넉하니 쉬고 오기 좋은 곳입니다. 다만 화장실, 세면 공간이 좁아서 조금 불편하기는 하지만 큰 문제가 될 건 아닙니다.

대부분 만족하였으나 침실과 출입구가 일직선 구조라 빛에 대한 거부감이 있었고 요즘은 충전기 정도는 비치해 놓는것이 좋을거 같습니다.

호주에서 와서 아들 부부와 편안한 시간 보내고 호텔내 레스토랑에서 저녁도 아주 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 호텔, 식당의 직원분들도 정말 친절하셔서 비오고 추웠던 날씨로 힘든 몸이있는데 따뜻함 주셔서 감사했습니다.

고즈넉한 곳에 위치한 호텔은 겨울 여행을 완벽히 경험할 수 있도록 해 주었고, 친절한 프론트 직원분은 밤늦게 문의드리러 찾아가도 항상 웃으며 친절히 설명해 주셨고, 식당 매니저 및 직원분들, 1층 카페의 직원분, 눈을 치우는 직원분 등등 모든 임직원분들이 오버하지 않으나 매우 친절한 서비스를 제공해 주셨습니다.

조령 아래 특별한 호텔
Pros:

조령 제3관문을 오르는 곳에 위치해 있어 주변 환경이 무척 운치 있었음.(산을 좋아하는 이들에게는 딱 좋은 베이스 캠프) 아담한 4층 건물에 내부 시설은 새로 리모델링 하여 시설이 매우 깨끗했음. 방 크기도 넉넉한 편이고 바닥 난방이 잘 되어 있어 따뜻하게 잘 수 있었음. 조식만 이용했는데 메뉴는 정해져 있지만(우거지된장국, 올갱이된장국, 빵) 하루 시작에 따뜻함을 더해 주는 맛이 었음. 여행 코스가 문경과 괴산 주변이어서 조용히 하루 숙박을 위한 선택으르 가족 모두 만족해 했음.

조령산이 보이는 산속 호텔입니다. 조용히 휴식하고 가기에 좋습니다. 다만 3층 온돌 객실에는 전기부품이 약간 탄듯한 냄세가 좋지 않았습니다. 눈이 내린 날 정말 기억에 남는 풍경이 좋았습니다.
