Comfortable and safe for family and vehicle.
Pros:

Breakfast having wide variety. Chef served us special Andhra Ragi Dosa, we were happy

Cons:

Less staff. But G. Smalltalk, front office executive helped us to plan our tour.

Cons:

Door lock not working properly, i waited more than 30 minutes to enter into room and again not worked after next day, really its very scared due to lock not working properly, always card acess in my stay of 5 days

Nice stay at Hotel Ginger
Pros:

Breakfast spread was Excellent . So many choices. Food was very nice , Airport is also conveniently located , just took 20 Mts to reach airport

Cons:

Cot is very small for two persons sharing . Amenities in room all good but if the cot was little bigger it would have been nice

The rooms need a renovation. Staff needs to be polite and needs to know how to treat the customers. There was no AC in the reception area. Had to beg for Amenities. Language issue with the staff.

Never suggest anybody to stay

Break fast, Its OK, not great.

Cons:

No hot water running in the shower.
Staff disturbing the privacy by knocking the doors for checking the blankets (?)
Wanted to charge for the break-fast, though the room price is inclusive of it.

Checked in between 5 and 6pm and checkout at 10pm. Might be fine for single but not for family.

I booked a large double room but I put up in large single room in 4 floor. After looking at the room, I made a call to reception and they took me to 3rd floor to show the other rooms. The large double room comes with master bed and sofa and I saw them when they showed me the rooms on 3rd floor (road facing). Rooms are dirty and smelling. In one of the room, the bathroom is full of cigarette smoke when I questioned the so called boy/supervisor sanyasi rao, he said in the great ginger hotel, the smoking is only allowed in bathroom and that's why it is smelling. That was the attitude of the staff. I moved to one of the room in third floor and this sannasi asks me to come to reception to get the new card but he don't want to arrange it for himself. That was the hospitality that you can expect from this hotel. Even though I checked-in the hotel at 5pm in evening, I decided to checkout at 10pm and moved to my relatives house as I don't want to be in that shady hotel with my spouse especially given the attitude of the staff. I paid 3200 for this hotel. Definitely it doesn't worth half of it.

No Towels provided basic requirements were not provided for each and everything need to ask them which is very annoying. Usually in normal hotel they keep towels etc but whereas in Ginger this was not expected. Also the staff dont understand much apart one lady who seems experienced rest not one was so great with communication. Food quality is good.
