Everything was great. Room was very spacious/nice shower. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Some reviews commented about the stairs but it’s an old building and the stone stairs are beautiful. Just pack light and be prepared to carry your bag up the stairway.

This hotel was outstanding. It is an old building, so there are no elevators. The room was lovely, a large size, and very comfortable. We appreciated the daily water bottles in the room and the large towels. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel is on a quiet side street, but an easy walk to the town center, as well as the station. I would definitely stay here again.

The old building has character, but it would benefit from some renovation. The room is a bit run-down and therefore doesn’t feel clean — the old floor has gaps between the paving stones, some of which are even loose. The sofa bed also looks worn and uninviting.

Breakfast wasn’t worth the price: the selection was rather limited for €25 (for example one bred type, two cheese sorts). And you might not appreciate the video camera monitoring the buffet.

Very welcoming and helpful team at front desk. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast in the courtyard was delicious and relaxing. We wish we could have stayed more than one night.

We loved the hotel but we did not like waiting on the attendant to take a call before allowing us to check in. He also needed to help both of us with our luggage because we were in room 30, on the third floor. He reluctantly offered to help me for which I was grateful but my husband needed assistance, too.

A beautiful old hotel with a lovely courtyard.
The room was very spacious and had a gorgeous large modern bath. They had a beautiful bar area also. Our breakfast was in a room with candlelight. Very nice! My only exception was that we were on the 3rd floor with heavy luggage and a small staircase -no elevator! Good location within walking distance to almost everything.

Very clean & quiet. Updated bathroom & top quality bed. Excellent staff with helpful recommendations and assistance with restaurant bookings, etc. Very good breakfast with fresh juices, pastry, cheeses and cooked eggs or omelettes available upon request. Everything we wanted to see was within a short walk including the train station which we used for the short trip to Dijon for a day.
