Pros:

Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und die Gestaltung des Zimmers war mal was anderes!

Cons:

Man kann schnell dran vorbei fahren, das Schild RUBY über der Einfahrt ist etwas zu dunkel.

O custo benefício do hotel não se justifica. Na primeira noite o ar condicionado não funcionou. Me deram um ventilador e estava na onda de calor europeu. Foi insuportável a noite. Pedi para arrumarem, tive que trocar de quarto. Nao ha frigobar nos quartos, chuveiro ruim, cama mediana, cafe da manhã mediano. Não voltaria a me hospedar. Custo alto e retorno baixo. Não havia nem uma touca descartável para o hospede. Ha um “max bar” em alguns andares, mas é pessimo..

Goed, comfortabel en vriendelijk
Pros:

Mooie grote en verzorgende kamers, goed ontbijt, vriendelijke personeel

Cons:

De ‘badkamer’ in de kamer is echt vreselijk: als je de douche hebt gebruikt staat de volledige badkamer onder water waardoor je met je voeten in het water de wc moet gebruiken.

Business Hotel für Internationale Gäste geeignet
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr international geprägt, was grundsätzlich positiv ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Köln ist mit der Bahn von dort aus gut zu erkunden.

Cons:

Wir hatten auf die Zimmerreinigung an zwei Tagen verzichtet und dafür zwei Getränkegutscheine erhalten. Allerdings wurde unser Zimmer auch am dritten Tag nicht gereinigt, obwohl dies eigentlich hätte erfolgen sollen. Erst am vierten Tag fand eine Reinigung statt. Leider ließ auch diese Reinigung stark zu wünschen übrig. Von Gründlichkeit konnte keine Rede sein – viele Bereiche wurden offensichtlich nicht richtig gereinigt. Das Zimmer wirkte bereits bei unserer Ankunft unsauber und blieb während des gesamten Aufenthalts in einem insgesamt sehr schlechten Zustand. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war die Klimatisierung der öffentlichen Bereiche. Während unseres Aufenthalts herrschten in Köln sehr heiße Temperaturen. Die Klimaanlage in der Lobby und der Bar war jedoch derart kalt eingestellt, dass man sich dort kaum länger aufhalten konnte, ohne zu frieren. Auf unseren Hinweis beim Service wurde lediglich geantwortet, dass dies von der Hotelleitung so gewünscht sei. Eine kundenorientierte Lösung oder zumindest etwas Verständnis hätten wir an dieser Stelle erwartet. Insgesamt hinterlässt das Hotel leider einen enttäuschenden Eindruck. Insbesondere bei der Sauberkeit und dem Umgang mit Gästerückmeldungen besteht aus unserer Sicht deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf. Aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen können wir das Hotel nur eingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien; près d'une station de metro et assez près de certains attrait touristique (peut également se faire à pied).
Le personnel est très accueillant.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas d'insonorisation de la toilette. Seulement une porte en vitre et on entend tout ! Il faut également faire attention quand nous prenions notre douche, car l'eau coule en dehors de la douche.
