Super Hotel. Personal ausserordentlich freundlich, Service und Leistung super

Die Lage ist super zentral und man ist schnell am Dom oder auch am Stadion

Cons:

Im Zimmer 623 waren Gespräche und Geräusche aus Zimmer 625 sehr gut zu hören. An der Fassade / am Fenster ist es nach nebenan nicht ganz schalldicht (Fuge)

Parfait pour un séjour sur Cologne !
Pros:

L'emplacement est top, à 15-20 minutes à pied de la cathédrale et des lieux touristiques.
Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant.
La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle.
Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon.
Le parking est très pratique, situé sous l'hôtel.

Cons:

La chambre reste un peu petite malgré tout.

Mega ist die Idee. Auf die tägliche Reinigung zu verzichten, und dafür eine Freigetränk zu bekommen

Ideal für einen Kurztrip nach Köln
Pros:

Sehr zentrale (Nähe Friesenstr.) und doch äußerst ruhige Lage.
Sehr bequeme Betten.
Sehr freundliches Personal beim Ein- und Auschecken.

Cons:

Der Quooker auf unserer Etage hat nicht funktioniert.
Radios auf dem Zimmer haben auch nicht funktioniert. Kein Empfang? Einwahl übers Internet aufs Ruby Radio war nicht möglich.
Hatten als Paar gebucht. Dennoch lagen im Zimmer nur 1 Kissen, 1 Bettdecke und 1 großes plus1 kleines Handtuch bereit. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat sich jedoch schnell darum gekümmert und uns eine zweite Garnitur aufs Zimmer gebracht.
