As someone who has stayed in hotels in many different cities and countries, I have to say that this was not a good hotel at all.

At 9:30 a.m., the trays of cheese, fruit, and other breakfast items were already empty. The bread was dry.

We booked a triple room, but the bathroom design was very uncomfortable. The shower had a glass wall, while the toilet area had a frosted glass wall. The biggest problem was that the toilet door did not close properly, leaving a gap of almost one centimeter.

The washbasin was also located outside the bathroom, which made the room layout even less convenient.

Ein super schönes Haus mit freundlichen Personal in einer eher schwierigen Umgebung (Bahnhofsviertel)

Sehr gute Lage. Große Zimmer

Cons:

Bzgl PKW Stellplätze sollte man sich nicht verlassen. Wir sind um 18uhr angekommen und es waren keine Stellplätze zur Verfügung. Parkhaus was empfohlen wurde, war auch komplett belegt. Deshalb auf andere Parkhaus ausgewichen.
Das ärgerliche war aber am nächsten Morgen, da haben wir um 10uhr nachgefragt ob Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Es wurde dann verwiesen, dass erst ab 15uhr man die Parkplätze in Anspruch nehmen kann und dann wieder kommen soll. Wir waren um 15uhr an Rezeption und alle Parkplätze waren wieder vergeben.
Wir haben dann noch freundlicherweise einen Stellplatz bekommen durch den Mitarbeiter Hamza. Danke dafür.

Leider ist kein Zimmerservice gekommen zur Uhrzeit der Abwesenheit obwohl gewünscht. Im Hotel kann man auch wählen ob man sein Zimmer aufgeräumt haben möchte oder ein Freigetränk erhält und wir wollten lieber den Zimmerservice in Anspruch nehmen und das wurde leider nicht so vollzogen.

Schönes Hotel. Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Top Lage
Eigener Parkplatz
Schöne, ungewöhnliche und sehr gemütliche Einrichtung
Sehr freundlicher Service

Cons:

Es gab keine Würstchen zum Frühstück. ;-) Und für die sanitären Anlagen in unserem Zimmer, musste man schon sehr vertraut miteinander sein.

Goed verblijf gehad, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

Goede ontvangst, aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Leuke inrichting, nette kamers. Aan veel dingen is gedacht. Weinig last van geluid van buitenaf en kamers onderling. Prima ontbijt.

Cons:

Bij onze kamer geen deur tussen toilet en douche, waardoor de vloer rondom het toilet erg nat werd. Dit is niet bij alle kamers zo. Overigens wel fijne douche met voldoende waterdruk.
De hoofdkussens waren niet erg fijn.

Überdurchschnittlich gutes Hotel
Pros:

Gute Lage (U-Bahn Friesenplatz ist um die Ecke). Innenstadt auch zu Fuss erreichbar.

Cons:

Self-Check In führt schnell mal zum Stau, wenn es bei jemandem Probleme gibt. 2 Lifte sind für 6 Etagen eher knapp bemessen (z.T. Wartezeiten)
