Not the best experience
Pros:

Breakfast was okay fantastic and good. The location was fantastic especially that it was close to the Mall of Africa and close to the office, easy access to the office without any extra cost on transport. The gym was also very nice.

Cons:

Dinner was pathetic and the time from ordering food till the time it was served was just too long. There is no way a lead time of over 1 hour just for food to be delivered from the time it was ordered. The waitresses had bad attitude and answering with vulgar language and getting upset at us, I mean, this was unacceptable. And the room service was pathetic. My room was not cleaned until I got back from work and had to request it been cleaned.

The hotel was conveniently located near the training center I was attending and the Mall of Africa, allowing easy access on foot to shopping options.

Cons:

Approximately 35% of the restaurant staff I interacted with displayed poor customer service and a lack of enthusiasm. During my first dinner, they took 25 minutes to be served despite the restaurant not being busy. The following day, I waited 35 minutes, while other guests who arrived later were served before me. Due to this experience, I chose to dine elsewhere for the remainder of my stay.
