Location was good and the staff was friendly

Cons:

Our bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The bed had a torn foot. Our towels had holes. The room could use a do-over. Internet was slow and it did not always worked

Nos dijeron cuando llegamos al hotel que teníamos cancelada la reserva cuando lo habíamos reservado con 3 meses de antelación, y no nos dieron ninguna solución argumentando que la única habitación que tenían libre tenía la ducha rota. Le dijimos que antes de dormir en la calle nos quedábamos aunque no nos pudiéramos bañar pero aún así no nos dejaron. Impresentables, ojalá que a ningún viajero le vuelva a ocurrir algo así porque es horrible viajar miles de kilómetros y no tener donde pasar la noche

La piscina estaba bien.

Las instalaciones podrían ser mejor pero por el precio se puede entender
No me gustó que un trabajador se puso a dar martillazos desde hasta casi la 10pm justo al lado de nuestra habitación…
El servicio de geles no me gustó y para mi gusto le falta un dispensador de agua que lo haga todo más cómodo
