Vacaciones Hotel Senator Gandía
Pros:

Puedes llevar perros lo que es algo increíble, en nuestro caso viajábamos con un bebé y nos congelaron pos purés caseros sin ningún problema y nos los calentaban ellos también, fueron súper amables y atentos en todo momento, se lo agradecemos muchísimo!!

Pros:

La tranquilidad en la habitación, vistas o terraza. Personal de camareras de habitaciones muy agradable. Resto de personal muy correcto. Está cerca de la playa y de restaurantes y otros servicios. El masaje del spa muy bueno.

Cons:

Por poner algo, un poco de lio en el servicio de restaurante; supongo por exceso de gente a ciertas horas.

A ver considero que fue un poco elevado el precio para un fin de semana, pero hay que entender que fue agosto y que los precios suben, pero aún así me pareció algo elevado.

Ok hotel. Best room flooded. Terrible way to treat guests

Localização. O quarto (estivemos na suíte junior) era só ok.

Cons:

Everything was ok, except for one BIG problem. In one of the afternoons (and the following evening) it rained in Gandia. We asked for help right when we noticed water on the floor dropping from the ceiling (at around 5pm) and they told us someone would come. But nobody came. The next day we woke up in a room full of water on the floor. We contacted the staff (even the managers) asking for a change of rooms and they told us it would be done later in the day, when the other guests checked out. At the end of the day, no change (they told us we were in the best room and that there were no other rooms available) and they told us the problem was fixed (which they later admitted was not the case, they just cleaned the room and dried the floor, but because there was no more rainy days this week, we would not wake up on a wet floor again). We then asked for some form of compensation (like a refund, the price of one night, for example) multiple times and it was always denied. They simply offered us a spa experience (which we don't like) or in alternative a low quality buffet dinner and breakfast (one time only). We find this unacceptable. In a 4 star hotel, supposedly one of the best in Gandia, staying in the "best" (most expensive) room and waking up to a soaked floor is not ok and not offering (and when asked, denying) for a refund (for just one night at least) is very disrespectful to a paying guest. This ended up ruining our experience in the hotel.

El trato del personal fueron muy amables. La piscina perfecta. La habitación un poco pequeña pero con todo lo necesario . El desayuno no le faltaba de nada.

A ver, de mi punto de vista y de algunos hospédese que estamos hablando,la dirección tenía que prohibir a la gente que traiga sus mascotas o peor que le dejan solas en la habitación,
Yo tengo un bulldog y no me lo llevo cuando voy de vacaciones
Losento si alguien se ha ofendido,pero un perro que llora en una habitación no hace nada de gracia.
