Buen desayuno y variado. El hotel cerca de la playa. Joseph de recepción muy amable.
No funcionaba el aire acondicionado en el desayuno. Estaría bien que las calles al rededor del hotel estuvieran más limpias.

El aire acondicionado del hotel se estropeó en las zonas comunes y era imposible cenar ni desayunar en el comedor.

La situación, estaba muy cerca de la playa, la piscina estaba muy bien. El desayuno era bastante completo y estaba todo buenísimo. Si voy a Gandía sin duda volveré al hotel.
No hubo nada que no me gustara. Lo que he valorado un poco menos, no es porque estuviera mal, ha sido porque personalmente a mí no me agradaron del todo, por ejemplo, la almohada para mí era dura, pero son gustos personales, por eso no puedo poner que haya algo que no me haya gustado.

La habitación no tiene armarios propiamente y la ducha está metida en la misma habitación dando poca privacidad pero quizás el parking,

Si tuviera que poner alguna pega, sería que me gustaría un espejo entero en la habitación y no solo el del lavabo.
La cama era muy cómoda y aunque hubiera mucha gente en la piscina había tumbonas libres
El buffet demasiado caro para las cenas que ofrecen. Fui una vez y no volví. Además estaba sin aire justo ese día y era horrible cenar así
Tampoco me gustó que la bañera estuviera al lado de la cama, no había privacidad

We had an overnight stay and were looking forward to a hot shower. It was unfortunately, tepidly warm. Charges for dogs are extremely high. It would be better to just say that pets are not allowed. Neighbouring room guests were noisy.
Hemos pasado 4 días en este hotel de 4 estrellas y,en general,la experiencia ha sido muy buena.Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas la habitación era cómoda y limpia,y el personal fue amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia.La ubicación y el ambiente del hotel también nos gustaron mucho.Sin embargo, la comida no cumplió del todo nuestras expectativas.Aunque había variedad, creemos que la calidad y el sabor podrían mejorar para estar a la altura del resto de los servicios que ofrece el hotel.Aun así, disfrutamos de nuestra estancia y volveríamos a considerar este hotel por la comodidad y el buen trato recibido.

La comida fue el aspecto más flojo de la estancia; esperaba una mejor calidad y sabor para un hotel de 4 estrellas.Por lo demás,el alojamiento y el trato del personal fueron excelentes.

Ha sido la peor experiencia a nivel hotelera de mi vida. No había agua caliente, no tenían aire acondicionado en varias plantas del hotel incluyendo la del restaurante, por este motivo los alimentos del bufé estaban en muy mal estado. Por el cuál presentaré una denuncia.
Los trabajadores iban como patos mareados del calor.. por lo que entiendo que deberían de no acoger a más huéspedes.. teniendo conocimiento de todos estos problemas y no dejándonos poner más reclamaciones por motivos de chantajes .Lo cuál lo llevaré por la vía legal.
