Clean, spacious, friendly, food is delicious, and rooms are new and stylishly decorated. The staff and the reception were greeting everyone with Merry Christmas on the 24th. Super nice touch. Highly recommended hotel in wenzhou. Loved my stay here..
온주 출장용으로는 훌륭하나, 외부 식사는 택시타고 15분가야합니다. 마사지는 바로 길 맞은편에 있으나 외국인은 할인가가아니라 정가로 안내를 함.
Muy buen hotel. Servicio ybatencion excelentes. Todo lo necesario
샤워실 막혀 물이 안내려가 불편 했어요
Amazing polite staff, wonderful executive lounge which could do with more continental dishes, breakfast was almost the same everyday but not bad, my only downside was my partner stained a pillow with hair dye and we had to pay for that which was a bit surprising.
Easy and convenient to catch late night or morning flights
Hotel is not a convenient place to stay. There's nothing much around the hotel, but its a good overnight stay for the night. Hotel rooms are clean and front desk staffs are friendly.
Gym are decent, but the employee who's taking care of the pool is not friendly at all. Pool closed at 9.00a.m, but he was very impatient even before 9pm. He was asking my son to leave the pool even before time and make us feel we are unwelcomed to stay just a bit longer. He kind of like ushered us out right out of the pool area on the dot at 9.00am sharp.
넓고 좋은 객실. 친전한 직원. 단 주변에 식당등 즐길 거리가 없음.
Nyt og super pænt
Very clean with nice big rooms. shame I didn't have more time to enjoy the facilities.
Freundlich, gute Lage
Beautiful building and comfortable rooms
酒店沒問題,就是很偏,周邊什麼都沒有。
I just had a stay in Wenzhou Airport Marriott Hotel from 19th-20th, hoping to have a sense of home during my boring business trip.
But I was so pissed off by the lifeguard Peng Wang( also called as Liam Wang) who is on duty by the hotel swimming poll. He simply ignored more than 15 kids darting around the poll and I can hardly find a swimming path. You know what’s stunning? when I asked him to persuade the kids to be cautious and clear a thin path for me so I won’t kick them by accident. He told me” just swim, it’s not the swimming poll but a playground for kids, I can do nothing”. I was so stunned that I need to think twice about my eyes, to check what is truly a “ swimming poll”. Then I got out of the poll and claimed to complain about him. He threatened me by saying he can beat me in 3 seconds.
After I reported all of this to manager Oscar who is in charge, he admitted it was all Wang’s faults after check the CCTV. However, they said Wang refused to apologize and they can’t fire him or even fine him as well. All they can do is warn him. how ironic. Incredibly unbelievable!!! Against the value of Marriott!!
Anyhow, I was expecting Wang to apologize to me or the hotel would fire him(or some other strict punishment), now I know they won’t do it. I’ve stayed at this hotel for several times but I was heartbroken this time.
I’m writing this because I’m so curious that how can Marriott allow this kind of things happen! To be honest, as a Titanium member, I’m quite hurt.
The new Wenzhou Airport Marriott Hotel is a very nicely appointed hotel located near Wenzhou Longwan Airport.
I stayed at the property twice during my week-long business trip in Zhejiang.
For the first stay, I arrived on a late flight. Sarah Lin helped me check in and she went out of her way to help me find some refreshments to purchase, even though all of the restaurants/bars/room service were already closed. I really appreciate Sarah's kindness for helping me. The room I had was a normal Executive-level room. The room design is outstanding and all of the furnishings are visually appealing. The buffet breakfast the following morning was tasty.
For the second stay, the hotel upgraded me to a suite. It's a huge room and also very nicely appointed. This is one of the best Marriott rooms I have experienced. The room temperature was 26 to 27 degrees, and it wouldn't cool down, despite the thermostat being set to 17 degrees. I called the front desk and they must have adjusted the central unit because my room finally started cooling down after I called the desk.
I used the gym in the afternoon and noticed that the locker room was dirty and the sink area for washing hands was out of soap. There are also no hand towels provided in the locker room. In the shower, the soap dispenser was loose and broken. The gym is clean and has outstanding cardio machines, but was lacking for weight equipment/machines.
The only issue I experienced during my stay was the executive lounge. Let me tell you that there's nothing "executive" about the lounge except for the sign at the door. The lounge was full of families and it was pretty noisy (impossible to work). I arrived in the lounge around 6:15PM, and most of the food was gone. Around 7PM, they replenished a few of the dishes, but most of the dishes weren't replaced. The food choices were all very oily and there was no international selection at all. One of the guests in the lounge kept taking away the red wine to his table, which meant there was no wine for other guests. I do think the hotel should have other options for families, such as letting them use the buffet in the main restaurant.
Its actually a long walk from the airport, there seems to be no shuttle bus
