Hotel to absolutely avoid.

My experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing.

First of all the quality of service is poor.

The receptionist was particularly rude, disrespectful, and even dishonest.
They tried to charge me for four nights when I only stayed three which is simply unacceptable.
The room was in a deplorable state and the television didn't work and the sheets were dirty and smelled awful. Furthermore no housekeeping service was provided during my entire stay and the towels were never changed.
In short a very negative experience on all counts. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel !!

gần biển,lễ tân dễ chịu

Cons:

Nước vòi sen quá yếu,không có nước nóng,không có quạt hút nên nhà vệ sinh có mùi hôi,tivi chỉ để trang trí,không xem được,quạt treo trong phòng cũng không dùng được,wifi thì lúc có lúc không,có thì cũng rất yếu...

Kỳ nghỉ không được thoải mái.
Pros:

Vị trí tốt, nhân viên niềm nở lịch sự.

Cons:

Khách sạn xuống cấp, máy hút mùi kêu rất to, mở đèn là mở luôn cả máy hút ,nút vặn nóng lạnh bị rớt ra làm mình không dám sử dụng sợ bị gãy lại bắt đền. Lúc mình nhận phòng ga giường có lông, vết dơ như chưa thay , dưới sàn có tóc, phòng giống như khách mới trả. Bàn chà toilet và chà sàn vứt vương vãi trên sàn , mình phải dọn vô 1 góc.
Mình có đem theo bé mèo đi từ tây nguyên qua 3 tỉnh, rồi đi theo hướng biển qua 4 tỉnh mà không có khách sạn, homestay nào phụ thu bé mèo của mình cả, khách sạn ở đây lại phụ thu bé 1ngày 50ngàn, khi lên nhận phòng thì lại bất ngờ đợt 2, mình nằm ngủ là chỉ dám nằm bên mép giường vì mình tính sạch sẽ. Nên bạn nào yêu cầu cao thì nên chọn khách sạn khác nhé.

Giường rất là êm nha, phòng rất sạch sẽ, gần biển nên cũng rất tiện

khách sạn nên cải thiện về phần tủ lạnh, lúc mình nhận phòng thì tủ lạnh mở ra rất có mùi, và bị rò rỉ nước từ tủ lạnh, làm ướt phòng, mong khách sạn sẽ cải thiện về phần này, còn lại rất ok
