Perfect Location for 3 arena and Luas stops outside the door
Pros:

Did not have breakfast as we had a mini kitchen in our room with a hob we made our own. Also there was a coffee machine so that was a plus It was maybe a 1 minute walk to the 3 arena and the luas stopped directly outside the hotel. anytime i need to go to the 3 arena i will stay here

Great for concert goers
Pros:

Great spot if you’re going to a gig at the 3arena! You need a key to enter the hotel after hours so it feels nice and safe. Right next to Luas stop. Plugs next to both beds!!

Cons:

Rooms aren’t very cosy, they are a bit dark and have a very clinical, industrial feel. Staff were not very informative, we were walking around trying to find the elevator for a few minutes since the receptionist just handed us the key and sent us on our merry way.

Great Dublin base. I would stay here again.
Pros:

Great location and easy access to Dublin on the tram. Great for self catering and we could get all we needed locally.

We ordered a taxi through reception but it was ten minutes late arriving and nearly spoiled our evening

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Room was nice and the rain shower was just amazing.

The surrounding area felt safe and nice. It's the modern part of Dublin which is some ways away from the main tourist area. Can be good or bad depending on how you look at it.

Gym was nice but very small and limited.

Cons:

Bed could be a little more comfortable including pillows. The price is ridiculous for what you get but it's Dublin.

Pros:

Location was good. Public spaces of the hotel are lovely.

Cons:

Breakfast was not great. Most food was only lukewarm. Washer was tricky to use; door got stuck, etc.

Pros:

Room had a kitchenette.

Cons:

Light didn’t work and room was very hot. Thermostat didn’t work. I told different staff these issues 4 times. They did bring us fans to use and said we could switch rooms the next day but it wasn’t worth moving all our stuff on our last day. The light never got fixed. I assumed it was a bad bulb but no one attempted to fix it. Also, the bed was a flat form bad which had a ledge on each side. It would be very difficult for older people to get in and out of the bed.

Great facilities - we dined at the restaurant and received exceptional service from the staff
Well appointed rooms with lovely furnishings and facilities
Quite roomy and spacious

Cons:

The ceiling looked unfinished in places - areas were not painted either there was a repair done and not completed or I had always been like that

I appreciated where this place was located, but was underwhelmed with the facility and lack of attention to detail.
Pros:

The location is excellent.

Cons:

We had a broken glass, a broken light and a broken dishwasher in our unit. Obviously our unit was not in great shape and shouldn’t have passed inspections.
