Pros:

Amazing stay
Pros:

Really nice location with great public transport links - luas right outside the hotel. We arrived early to drop our bags off and our room was actually already ready so we were able to check In straight away which was amazing. Plus we got a free upgrade to a much bigger room and we had so much space we absolutely loved the room it made our stay so much better. Room was clean and tidy and the hotel itself is very nice and modern.

Pros:

Location is great and convenient with the red line tram stop in front of the hotel.
There's also a shopping centre with a supermarket and chemist a 2-mins walk away.

It was great to have a kitchenette with a washer-dryer.

Having difficult dietary requirements, it was great to be able to make my own meals. The Dunnes store has a large selection of dietary foods like vegan, gluten-free and sugar free, which was really convenient

Cons:

Some of the kitchen stuff wasn't cleaned properly, but was not the end of the world as we put them in the dishwasher.

Inconsistent check-in welcome. We didn't get the warmest welcome, wasn't rude but didn't go out of his way to explain anything about the facilities and gave us zero information about the fact there's no daily cleaning.

When checking out there were people in front of us being checked out and the woman helping them gave them a lot of useful information and explained they can get fresh towels free of charge, and have their bins collected etc, if they ask reception. I really would have appreciated the same information when we checked in.

AC that You cant control. Was actually pretty cold while sleeping and duvet was so hot that I was sweating like hell. Cinnect the dots and You are sick straight away. The “thing” on top od the matrece was extremely uncomfortable.

Shower too cold. Overpriced for the size and old mattress. Keycarded elevator.
Pros:

Very nice design throughout the building. Despite having no opening mechanism on either of the windows, the air filtration worked surprisingly well. Lively lounge area downstairs, beside their own coffeeshop and restaurant accessible by the dedicated entrance from the tram stop. I loved the slim metal shower head. Luggage storage available beside reception. Cleaner was nice.

Cons:

Keycarded elevator. Very small room. I didn't even get two chairs, just one. Despite requesting a mop & bucket well in advance, they told me they won't provide any. The microwave has a QR code on it about something totally unrelated, while the usage requires an explanation, as I had trouble working it out by myself. Bed was creaky, needs a new mattress. Despite the automatic water heating, it never reached a proper heat, it went from lukewarm to slightly warmer and randomly cooled down again. When I complained about this at the reception, I was told that the technician would take days to arrive, so I'd be gone by then anyway. No apology or willingness to try to solve it themselves. The receptionist's dog was barking right below my window at night. Late check-out and early check-in costs a fee, while the stay is already overpriced. I would've preferred to be able to open the windows. Side entrance is locked at 22:00, can only get in by keycard beside reception.
