Excelente opción para disfrutar de Riviera Maya

Todo excelente. Deberian mejorar en la gestión previa a la llegada, porque si no, al llegar te encuentras que muchas actividades y restaurantes ya están completamente reservados.
Igualmente al llegar, son tantas las opciones y tan extensas las instalaciones, que un mejor tour o presentación sería de gran ayuda

Amazing resort with fabulous location. You won't find better.
Pros:

Probably the finest resort you will find. And, with access to the parks, it can't be beat.

Cons:

Service was overall great. Had to request restocking of the minibar and coffee creamer because that was not done when they cleaned the room daily. A minor inconvenience, but they were quick to restock them when requested.
