Pros:

Todo excelente, buena atención, instalaciones y muchas cosas para hacer.

Cons:

Para hacer el Check in había mucha gente y pocos empleados atendiendo, por lo cual el proceso fue muy tardado casi 1 hora solo en poder hacer Check in, lo cual se siente como perder tiempo. :(

Más bien no me gustó unos detalles el personal con tal de vender más te mienten todo el tiempo , te venden excursiones extras que no incluye un todo incluido ( que si es todo incluido ahí ya es una mentira ) porque la mayoría de las bebidas se pagan a parte, excursiones a parte , dicen que te cubre las fotos y esa es mentíra te cobran a parte , y así mil cosas más

One of the best all inclusive resorts
Pros:

Maybe one of the best all inclusive resorts in mexico! Very good room, amazing food, stunning views and many activities to do including the xcaret parks (our favourite one was explore).
Extra bonus for the hospitality room which you can use after checking out to shower and relax.

Luxe in mooie omgeving met beste restaurants die ik ook in hotel heb meegemaakt en ultra inclusive

Alles is perfect van incheckprocedure, vooraf alle reserveringen voor bezoek aan parken en restaurants. De Spa is echt fantastisch, alle restaurant scoren meer dan goed. Mooi strand met voorzieningen, personeel heel erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Niets alles is gewoon perfect. Je voelt je echt gast. Het is niet goedkoop maar wij vonden het het geld meer dan waard
