Great central spot. Clean great value for money.
Pros:

Excellent spot clean and easy to access. Information in room for local area and nice touches like sweets and good quality tea and coffee. Good shower

Absolute dump. Don’t stay here

The fact I only stayed one night

Cons:

The room was dirty, dusty & unclean. The bed had hair & stains on it. There was no heating in the apartment whatsoever & we had to use an electric heater which was unusable due to the smell.

Still waiting a week on for someone to contact me & discuss my complaint or a refund.

Hideous place & even worse customer service.

Open and spacious

Cons:

It wasn’t super clean, the towels had dirt on them. The sides were a bit grubby.
The one thing that we found super frustrating was the shower. It was either scorching hot or freezing cold, no matter how hard and long we tried to get it right it just wouldn’t.

Great, all-new affordable apartment in the heart of Clifton Village.
Pros:

Beautiful and spacious apartment with well-equipped kitchen and modern furnishings. Everything seemed brand new The best kitchen knives ever. I enjoyed working in the shared work space on the ground floor. Clifton Village with it's independent shops, pubs and restaurants at the doorstep.

Cons:

We struggled with the heating a little, and this was addressed effectively by the on-site team.

Great location, and very clean

Cons:

A light switch on onside of the bed, the room smelt of cigarettes, disguised by an open window on our arrival, and not commented on when I gave feedback. Great idea, poorly executed. The car park was a bonus, but sharing it with a homeless person was less than ideal
