Stressful!
Cons:

Was an absolute nightmare trying to check in and get key code, wasted over an hour trying to get in, couldn't get hold of anyone to help for ages, phone calls weren't answered, was so stressful it just ruined the night, booked twin beds but didn't get that, nothing like what I booked, was stress from start to finish, spoke to other people who said they had problems also

Perfect location, good facilities, clean and cozy.
Pros:

Location was great and we were lucky to have a parking space. It was a comfortable stay, a little tight squeeze for 4 of us, but fine for 2 nights. Perfectly clean and organised, would recommend this to anyone for a short stay.

Cons:

Smaller space than anticipated, therefore on the pricey side.
Just needed a chopping board and oven tray.
The shower door was a little tricky to close and the toilet cistern didn’t always flush.
A bit noisy at night after pub hours, but in the heart of Clifton, so not unexpected.
