Personelin yaklaşımı, güleryüzlü olması ve talep ettiğimiz her konuda bize yardımcı olması çok etkileyiciydi. Hotel Md. Miss Elizaveta, resepsiyonist Jihangir ve barda çalışan Samandar benim favori çalışanlarımdı. Ayrıca otelin havaalanına yakın olması da hoşumuza gitti. Yine gitsem aynı otelde kalırım.
Room was very confortable and clean.
Great breakfast and pool/sauna area.
Location is great for airport but far from most locations of interest (although the ~1hour walk is easy and recommendable to feel city life).
Staff responded well to some problems with our booking and information given at check in, which compensates our experience and is reflected in the final rating.
Confusion with our booking, where a second room was added to our reservation and paid for 1 night without our knowledge or agreement (still waiting for the refund). Booking.com pre-authorization card was used to pay for the second room after we paid our booking and no explanation was found as to how the second room appeared (booking.com only has the 1 room requested + the extra bed paid extra). We only found out about this second payment through a notification from out bank that two transactions had been processed.
Confusion about times for breakfast and no staff pre-warning that buffet was about to close, leading to unfinished meal...
Extra-bed paid for child was not ready in the room at 22:30...
