La struttura è veramente molto curata e situata lungo il mare, è un posto paradisiaco! Inoltre la cosa che ci ha fatto trovare bene è stato lo staff, che ci tenevo a ringraziare di cuore per tutta l’assistenza che ci hanno fornito, in particolare un grande ringraziamento ad Austin e Kimberly che sono due persone eccezionali!
Отдыхали в Fairmont Sanya Haitang Bay в конце Декабря 2025 и остались с очень приятными впечатлениями.
Территория отеля невероятно красивая и ухоженная — много зелени, всё чисто, аккуратно и создаёт ощущение уединённого курорта. Пляж тоже порадовал: чистый, с удобными лежаками. Купаться, к сожалению, нельзя (как и на всём этом побережье), но для прогулок и отдыха у моря он отлично подходит.
Завтраки — один из главных плюсов отеля. Очень богатый и вкусный выбор блюд на любой вкус. Особенно понравились местные супы и лапша, которые готовят прямо при вас — свежо, вкусно и с душой.
Номера роскошные, просторные, с удобными кроватями, зонированием и прекрасным видом на море и зелёную территорию отеля. В номере всегда было чисто, уютно и приятно.
Отдельно советую доплатить за доступ в лаунж — это действительно того стоит. Днём и вечером там подают закуски, сэндвичи, рис, лапшу и напитки в формате фуршета. Вполне может заменить обед и/или ужин, особенно если не хочется выходить из отеля.
Хочется отдельно поблагодарить менеджера отеля Austin. Он всегда был на связи, быстро и легко помогал со всеми нашими запросами и сделал наше пребывание особенно комфортным и интересным. Благодаря ему мы действительно почувствовали заботу и внимание к гостям.
Несмотря на то, что персонал в целом немного говорит по-английски, всегда ощущалось искреннее гостеприимство и желание помочь. Мы общались через переводчик, и это значительно упростило взаимодействие.
Приятным бонусом стало то, что недалеко от отеля недавно открылся огромный duty free комплекс с большим количеством брендов и очень привлекательными ценами.
В целом — отличный курортный отель для спокойного, комфортного отдыха. С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова
Немного удивило, что в отеле и в лобби не очень широкий выбор листового чая — для такого уровня отеля ожидали чуть больше разнообразия.

Très peu de personnel parlaient anglais
All the facilities are too old, bath tub no water, night light no working, hand basin no back wall cause the water spread to the floor, it's not worth 1000 yuan per night.
The environment is very beautiful, the design of the hotel is also very Chinese and nice. The view of the room was very nice. The hotel is very close to the beach (5 min by walk). The breakfast is very good, a lot of variety of fresh food. The idea of the boat around the hotel is very pleasant but everything has a cost which is a bit bad. The bubble swimming pool for children is also a very good idea. The kids club is nice for children ( inside and outside). The BBQ at night, is very nice, some music played, very comfy.
The bed is clearly too soft. I would prefer a harder bed. When booking we were not aware of afternoon Tea and we were impossible to book it after. The swimming pool was not very clean in my opinion ( many leaves) and with no shadow at all. The Spanish restaurant is not enough visible though their food is extremely delicious and well cooked (1st floor named La mesa). We wanted to visit the wood art gallery but it was closed. And the smell of the kid's club is very strong. It feels a bit toxic for the children.
Aircon isnt cold at all
We spent three days of our vacation at the Fairmont Hotel in Sanya, and it was a fantastic experience in terms of both the facilities and the service! We were impressed by the elegant Chinese-style furnishings and the beautiful waterway. The service provided by Nicole Hu was exceptionally warm and attentive—she arranged a wonderful room with welcome fruits, assisted us with trip planning and activities, and kindly granted us a late checkout. I would highly recommend this experience to others in the future!😊
We are totally disappointed by the room and quality standards of Fairmont Haitang Bay in Sanya. We had high hopes on Fairmont, being a prestigious US hospitality brand, and left it the very last stop of our four-day-three-night itinerary. The room facilities are not professionally installed. Room size (allegedly 63 sq m but nowhere near it) and arrangement are not the same as the website suggested. I would understand this kind of standards coming from a three-star class but we paid US$200 for it so we should expect the equivalent result. I promise myself I will NEVER visit a Accor/Fairmont property anymore
Furthermore, we cannot see the rationale behind having the fireworks at 10:17 pm on a Friday night. Am I the only one who is sleeping?
