Cool staff. Comfortable room. Awful breakfast
Pros:

Friendly staff. Clean space.

Cons:

Coffee was not hot and fresh both times we tried it. . Breakfast was well below expectation. Pancake machine doesn't cook them long enough. Eggs were luke warm and did not seem fresh. Sausage was chewy.

Reliable, convenient, no-frills place to stay.
Pros:

Clean, quiet, comfortable, safe, simple. Free parking. Location convenient to Loop 1 and Hwy 183. Decent breakfast, served early.

Cons:

Surprise $25 refundable deposit added on at checkin. Hotel prices, including this one, are too high these days.

Perfekt
Pros:

Das Zimmer war super sauber und auch im Hotel selber und auf dem Grundstück wurde auf Sauberkeit geachtet.
Nach einem Sturm abgebrochener Ast z.B. wurde am nächsten Tag sofort entsorgt.
Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Zimmer ein wenig klein.

Comfortable, quiet and accommodating
Cons:

Everything was perfect until I came back to my room and realized the house keeper entered while we were gone. We only stayed 2 nights so there was no reason for them to enter my room. I would say moving forward they should not enter people's room unless they stay longer than 3 or 4 days. Other than that our stay was very good!
