Pros:

My whole experience was quite good, except that even though fridge was in the room but it was not working.
the Coffee peripherals were not filled up properly.
Even though the cleaning of the room was done every day but the shampoo was not filled. Very good breakfast, Nice staff, I recommend this place for stays in Creteil and Paris.

Impossible de changer les dates de séjours
Pros:

J'ai fait une erreur de date dans ma réservation.
J'ai demandé immédiatement à corriger les dates, mais l'hôtel à refuser conformément à leurs conditions de vente.
Je suis donc évidement allé ailleurs.

Good but bar and restaurant closed
Pros:

Hotel was fine except on a Friday and Saturday the bar and restaurant were closed. This was particularly surprising as there was a rugby match at the next door stadium and most guests were staying for the rugby. Amazing profit opportunity lost.

Pros:

They did not provide a crib even though it was advertised on Expedia as an option. Typical european air conditioning, as in it barely does anything when fully blasting even on a relatively cool day. Room was otherwise decent. Room was overviewing metro tracks so if you wanted to open the window it was very loud at night.

Restaurant de l'hôtel pas à la hauteur !
Pros:

Réservation pour 3 pour 20h45. Salle de restaurant de l'hôtel à peine remplie au tiers. Après 25' d'attente la serveuse nous apporte enfin le menu! Entre temps nous avons observé qu'à la table d'à côté tous avaient été servis sauf une personne qui avait été "oubliée". Au final nous sommes parti dîner ailleurs! Concernant la chambre: très confortable, dommage que l'hôtel soit situé juste à proximité des voies de RER...
