The Omni Oklahoma City Hotel delivers a modern, comfortable stay with a polished design that feels both upscale and welcoming. The location works well for short leisure trips or business travel, offering easy access to downtown attractions and the surrounding park areas.
Rooms are clean, contemporary, and thoughtfully arranged, with a large, comfortable bed, warm layered lighting, and a seating area that makes the space feel more like a small suite. The dark blue accents, framed artwork, and patterned carpet give the room a refined, cohesive look. Large windows provide impressive views of the city and nearby green spaces, adding a sense of openness.
Bathrooms are stylish and functional, featuring illuminated mirrors, gold fixtures, and neatly organized amenities. The dark tile in the shower contrasts nicely with the lighter vanity area, giving the space a modern, high‑end feel.
Common areas within the room — including the sofa, marble‑top table, and workspace — are practical and comfortable, making it easy to relax or get work done. Evening lighting creates a warm, calm atmosphere that enhances the overall experience.
Based on the views and layout, the hotel offers a strong balance of comfort, design, and convenience, making it a solid choice for travelers who want a modern room, polished bathrooms, and easy access to Oklahoma City’s downtown and park areas.
The property is beautiful and spacious. The restaurants are amazing!
Some of the lights in my room didn’t work. I was given a $50 breakfast package that wasn’t honored.
It’s difficult trying to connect to apps on the TV, I couldn’t access them.
While at the pool, we ordered food including chicken strips, a burger, and a side condiment that appeared to contain jalapeño jelly and onions. After placing the condiment on the burger and taking a bite, I immediately bit into what appeared to be either a large shard of glass or a heavy piece of hard plastic.
I brought the issue directly to two bar managers at the time and intentionally did not create a scene, despite the seriousness of the situation and the fact that my young children were with me. Had one of my children consumed it instead, the outcome could have been far more severe and potentially caused significant injury.
What concerned me most afterward was not simply the incident itself, but the lack of meaningful follow-up regarding the potential danger involved. The meal was compensated, which I appreciate, but no one from management contacted us to acknowledge the seriousness of what occurred or the risk it presented.
Ironically, the only follow-up communication we received during the stay was from the spa director regarding an unrelated scheduling issue for services we never received. That situation was handled professionally — including a call and a bottle of wine sent to our room — which only highlighted the absence of concern regarding the food safety incident.
I am not looking to create unnecessary conflict, but I do believe this situation warranted greater attention and acknowledgment from management given the potential consequences. I would appreciate hearing from someone directly regarding how seriously this incident is being taken and what steps are being implemented to prevent something similar from happening to another
guest.
It was a great place to stay. Loved everything about it.
Everyone was amazing and so eager to take care of our needs!! Didn't get to the Pool but everyone I spoke with said it was AWESOME. Loved the view from the room as well!
I loved that you get a drink voucher as well as had activities in the lobby to participate in. Seltzer was our FAVORITE restaurant to eat at in Omni!! The portions were huge and the food was so good!!!
The only restaurant we enjoyed was Seltzer, but they close early. The steak house didn’t have many options and the other one’s food was not good. The live band was nice!
We had the best weekend in OKC staying at the Omni. The location is great, but most importantly, we were very pleased with the exceptional customer service from all the staff members at the front desk and in the restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and the room was spacious and quiet despite the busy marathon weekend. I plan to return to enjoy the rooftop bar and pool, spa, and extra large fitness center.
The shower was awesome !!
Great spa
Nothing
52 mins to get a room! Ridiculous. No explanation on the delay. House keeping supervisor sent an email with apologies and claimed that he would make it up for us but never got back to us. Nice hotel but the lack of communication and transparency made it a poor experience!
My family and I had a truly wonderful time at the Oklahoma City Omni Hotel. Our stay was 3 nights as we travelled from out of state for the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon Weekend. The hotel is beautiful and kindness and customer service from all employees was excellent. We definitely look forward to visiting again in the future and staying at this wonderful hotel.
Best hotel I've stayed in so far ! Would definitely recommend it. In my opinion I think it's worth staying at this location.
This was the nicest hotel that I have ever stayed at. Upon arrival, I felt like a first-class citizen. Every staff member was confident, polite, and called me by name. There were no hiccups whatsoever. They have the nicest gym that I have ever worked out at in a hotel. I was the only one in there but it could have comfortably fit 30 people without stepping on toes. The room was spacious and had an amazing view ! Eating at Seltzer's was luxurious as well. I would love to stay here again and offer an even greater in-depth review to the public and draw more patrons here !
