The Omni Oklahoma City is a pretty hotel but the price paid is not worth it in my opinion. The staff were friendly but not overly receptive. We booked a double queen room the room was clean but the room remained hot all night despite multiple attempts to change thermostat.
There was no fitted sheet and the bottom sheet that was used wasn’t the correct size and just got tangled around feet. The pillows had seen better days and it took 3 to get any support. Overall not thrilled with the experience especially for the price that was paid.
We are at the OKC Taphouse, food was okay but service and bar were slow.
For over $500 a night I would expect to have better beds, pillows and linen. This was about as equivalent as sleeping at a motel 6. The bathroom and shower were wonderful.
Nice stuff
Waiting on my room
Tap house was awesome bartenders were great
Went with my granddaughter volleyball team a group of 8 players and parents ordered food, everyone was served kids and parents except my granddaughter only one still sitting at the table waiting for her food now you can guess we’re a black family the only one there the excuse was by the waitress oh I forgot. Now 1 of 3 things happened 1. Really poor service. 2 Waitress really forgot, right! 3 Purposefully done. This place is not for blacks. This will never happen again. and that’s putting it kindly.
I really loved my stay at this luxurious hotel. If you're traveling to OKC, I highly recommend this hotel. Best area across from Paycom Center (OKC Thunder). I enjoyed the check-in process; the hotel is clean, welcoming, and staff are kind. Not to mention the restaurants and coffee shops are clean and offer delicious selections. I 100/10 recommend this hotel. The fitness center and pool are also clean and luxurious. All restaurants in the facility are great too.
Next door to the venue we had tickets for.
Room wasn’t ready in time making us late to our event. By the time event was over, everything was closed down. Staff offered NOTHING for the inconvenience of the room not being ready over an hour past check in.
This hotel is modern and well appointed. The staff I dealt with were great and the room was very comfortable. The conference facility is excellence and the location is good. There is a large, well maintained park across the street and it's close to downtown. The only reason I didn't provide a 5-star was the lack of a 24/7 store of some sort. I am used to having access to snacks and beverages in the evening without having to order room service or go to a restaurant. Their "store" is part of a coffee shop onsite. The coffee is excellent, but they close at 6 pm.
We love the Omni OKC! The hotel is beautiful and all the accommodations and restaurants are top notch. The staff always does their very best to accommodate the large crowds.
Breakfast was great. Accommodations were great. We had a wonderful time. I will definitely book again.
The time it takes to receive the deposit back from booking the room.
