Pros:

The Omni was great as always. The facilities and staff were great as always. It never disappoints and is always great. The location is good.

Cons:

The valet is a little cumbersome. Several years ago, your car could be brought up by sending a text to the valet, now you have to give a ticket to the valet. It would be nice to be able to send a text to the valet to have your car brought around or somehow have it schedule for arrival the next morning.

I really enjoyed my experience here!
Pros:

The entry was beautiful, the room was comfortable, the 2nd floor was easy to navigate, and the staff was kind.

Cons:

There was not a thing I didn’t like.

Clean, convenient, on-site restaurants are excellent!
Pros:

The hotel staff as very accommodating during our stay for a 2 day weekend cheer competition.

Cons:

We booked through Booking.com in July 2025 for our weekend stay from January 16 to 18, 2026. When we arrived to check in, the hotel had not received our booking. The manager was nice and found us a room that we had booked available and provided us with the Booking.com pricing.
