Good proximity to tourist attractions and amenities.
Pros:

The location of the apartment was fantastic. Close to attractions such as the V&A and Natural History Museum. Additionally the apartment was close to underground stations letting us easily explore London. It was close to Kensington Gardens and was walkable to Portobello road, there were also lots of options for restaurants in the surrounding areas and also supermarkets so we could self cater meals.

Low ceilings (in some rooms?!)
Pros:

It had quite a lot of space for the price paid with separate living area to bedrooms allowing me to do some work in the evenings.

Cons:

I’m tall - 197cm and the room we had, the ceilings were only 3-4cm above my head. I couldn’t stand in shower fully. My wife and kids didn’t mind the low ceilings but I hated it. We were mostly there in the evenings to sleep and only for 2 nights so could manage.

This apartment is a lovely hidden gem. Would definitely recommend
Pros:

We stayed in the superior apartment for 1 night as a group of 4 adults and a newborn. The apartment was really lovely and met all our needs. We arrived after reception hours but getting the key cards was a very simple process at the front door. We were on the top floor and couldn’t hear anything from the outside noise at night. We had a double bed and 2 singles (and a cot as per request). The apartment was really accessible and close to lots of attractions. In the evening we walked down the road to an Asian restaurant which was fantastic, there is also a Nisa supermarket a few metres from the apartment. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would use again.

Cons:

The only issue is that we weren't provided with any sheets or blankets to use for the sofa bed - this wasn’t an issue for us luckily, however we had planned to sleep separately if our newborn had been unsettled.

Fajne mieszkanie, malutki salonik, ale na 3 osoby dorosłe i 1 dziecko daliśmy radę. To tylko 4 dni. Proste, samoobsługowe zameldowanie. Czystość i fajny personel. Ze śniadań nie korzystaliśmy. Polecam

Cons:

1 rolka papieru toaletowego na 4 osoby wprawiła nas w rozbawienie.
Przy takiej cenie za zameldowanie troszkę to śmiesznie wyszło. Poza tym ok.

Everything about the apartment is excellent... good clean rooms fully loaded with all amenities and accessories.... plus the staff of the hotel is very helpful and great... I called them even after their working hours when the reception closed and they were ready to help us...

There are a lot of restaurants and stores around... location is great.. walking distance from hyde park.. and close from London eye and Buckingham palace.. the staff at the reception even helped us to choose and set our itinerary and set our plans for the day

Cons:

Nothing wrong with the apartment... book it with eyes closed

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, in London!

This is honestly a hidden gem in london. Located in a lovely part of London. Rooms are spacious, modern, clean, interior design is beautiful.

Lovley apartments and staff were brilliant, smooth process throughout :)
Pros:

Lovley modern apartment! great for a group trip, good facilities and very clean!

Cons:

No complaints, however tried to use the phone to dial the out of hours reception number and it would not work! luckily i was able to call from my personal phone!
