Excellent facilities within the hotel. The restaurant at level 3 is very good. The ground floor cafe has good coffee. Surrounding the hotel has a few convenient stores and snacks places.
The accessibility is restricted to the upper floor check in level or main lobby before the room level. There transition of lift access might take a little longer to your room.

Genial. Me dijeron que es el mejor hotel de Jinan y esto es bien posible. Todo impecable. El restaurante japonés de la planta 52 es fabuloso (aunque caro). Las vistas desde la habitación (planta 55) eran increíbles.

My third stay in Kempinski Jinan for 8 nights and everything was absolutely perfect once again. The beds are stunning, the breakfast is varied and very good quality. Housekeeping service is exceptional. I cannot fault a single thing about this hotel and it remains my undisputed go-to choice when staying in Jinan.
因为演唱会的关系，原本2点可以入住的，一直到晚上6点半左右才有空房可以入住，等了老半天，实在是令人失望。感觉酒店不具备同时接待大批客人的能力。但其他都挺好的。

Another plus is the location — it’s very convenient with local food options just steps away, and even a Starbucks right across the street. Everything about this hotel combines luxury, comfort, and practicality, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure.
Highly recommended — Kempinski Hotel Jinan easily stands out as one of the most impressive city hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
The only minor point was that not all staff were fluent in English, but they always made a genuine effort to assist, which we truly appreciated.
For those planning to travel during summer, please note that the city can get as hot as 40°C. If you’re not used to such high temperatures, like myself, it’s important to take precautions to avoid heat stroke — stay hydrated and limit outdoor activities during peak hours.
