Pros:

Die Ausstattung war wie immer und überall gut.

Cons:

Wir waren schon in vielen B und B Hotels. Dieses war mit Abstand das dreckigiste. Deswegen haben wir uns in diesem Haus nicht wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage ist sehr gut

Cons:

Kompetenz des Personal. Bei der Ankunft erster Hinweis es gibt nur kaltes Wasser. Nach langer Diskussion sollten wir bei booking.com uns beschweren . Das akzeptieren wir nicht. Dann wurde doch ein Verantwortliche Person gefunden. Mit dem Ergebnis das Hotel regelt das und wir bekommen eine Gutschrift. Auf dem Zimmer festgestellt das Fernsehen funktioniert nicht. Ein Techniker oder dergleichen gab es nicht und wir mussten in ein anders Zimmer umziehen.

Alles in allem widerlich und inkompetent.

Blut auf der Bettdecke, zwei Tage nur kaltes Wasser, komplett nach kaltem Rauch stinkendes Bad.

Die Damen an der Rezeption verständlicherweise komplett überfordert, der angerufene Chef bot an ein bisschen Raumduft im Bad zu sprühen. Selbst bei geschlossener Badtür stank das komplette Zimmer, so dass man es nur bei geöffnetem Fenster aushielt, was bei 3 Grad und Regen nur bedingt eine Lösung darstellt. Keinerlei Entgegenkommen bezüglich meiner Beschwerde, auch B&B Support hat noch nicht auf meine Beschwerde reagiert (ja, es ist Wochenende). Das Hotel ist ausgebucht, man könne mir kein anderes Zimmer anbieten und naja, was soll man schon gegen die Raucher machen. Diese Aussagen fördern nicht wirklich mein Verständnis. Auf die Frage wie wir das jetzt lösen und was sie mir anbieten können war die Aussage: "Gar nichts"

120€ für zwei Nächte ohne Frühstück in einer schlechteren Jugendherberge ist unverschämt. Das war das letzte Mal, schade, ich bin perspektivisch öfter in Eisenach, weswegen ein zentrales Hotel top gewesen wäre.

Zimmer ziemlich klein für 3 Personen. Kaum Verstauraum für Kleidung.
