Clean and friendly staff

First stay at TRU and was very impressed. Modern with some quirky ideas! Breakfast bar was great. Staff exceptiomal

Quiet; my room was near the elevators and I thought I thought it would be noisy, but it was relatively quiet. Clean rooms, great showers. Very nice complimentary breakfast. The only small issue, which didn’t affect me, was that the key card generator was down, so it was a technology issue

Clean room, extremely comfortable bed, very nice staff and very safe feeling. Only concern i had was the room key systems werent working and my app wouldn't activate my room key. No resolution. But overall was amazing

Beautifully decorated, new hotel. It was very clean and the staff is super friendly. They were unable to issue an actual key at check in which was fine as I have the Hilton app and was able to use a digital key. The hotel room had toiletries but no hair dryer. I didn’t bring one because it is pretty standard for hotel rooms to have one. I travel often and this is the first place that didn’t. Also, I would have loved to have had a coffee maker in the room. There was coffee in the lobby but it is no ice to be able to make a cup without going downstairs. Also, I couldn’t get the shower to function properly. All in all, a very nice hotel for a one night business trip stay.

This was my second stay at Tru, which says something. This visit was overall better than the first one, simply because the hotel wasn't overflowing with guests. This property is conveniently located, but fairly quiet. Breakfast was adequate for a one night stay. The ac/heat unit needs cleaning (a bit smelly) and the fitted sheets didn't stay on the beds. Those were my only (minor) complaints.

Staff was very kind and friendly. Room was clean. Wonderful breakfast. Only complaint is the TV would turn on, but then wouldn’t change channels or turn off - I had to unplug it. Wasn’t a big deal, though.

I booked thru Expedia , flight delayed and checked in day after. Staff did NOT help me with my situation. When I spoke to staff after flight delay they assured me that I can come in next day, but when k actually got there, literally zero help from staff.

Friendly staff. Good location and very clean.

Our overall stay was nice. However; we had an issue with our TV remote control. Had to exchange two different ones to get one that worked. Also the hand soap in the bathroom was almost empty and the clerk on duty was not able to get a master key to replace it while we were at dinner. We asked when we returned from dinner and she said she would not be able to replace it until 10 pm so we said not to bother. We were travelling and would be asleep by 10 pm
