優秀なbudget hotelでした。
Pros:

Duisburg駅前なので深夜や早朝でもアクセスが良いです。タクシーも駅前で簡単に乗れます。
Dusseldorf市内や空港まで電車や車で30分圏内なので色々と選択肢があります。
駅前のショッピングセンターまで徒歩で買い物や食事もできます。
ホテルの朝食も簡単なものですが、価格を考えると十分な内容で満足しています。
部屋は質素で狭いですが、コンパクトな作りなので出張での使用では問題ありません。
スタッフもフレンドリーでとても感じが良かったです。
日本でのビジネスホテルチェーンに慣れているビジネスマンには使い勝手が良く落ち着くと思います。
budget hotelとして優秀なホテルだと思います。

なぜかWifiが遅く、よく切断された。
自動販売機があるが、外の店より割高。
ランドリーサービスが無いので長期宿泊は困るかもしれない。
大きな荷物だと広げる場所に苦労するかもしれない。

Ideales ruhiges Quatier für eine Anreise mit der Bahn
Pros:

Gut zufuß in fünf Minuten vom Hbf zu erreichen. Gutes Frühstück und ausreichend Zeit zum genießen, Bequeme Betten und vor allem ruhige Zimmer trotz der nahen Autobahn .

Cons:

Fällt mir gerade nichts ein.
