On returning home and unpacking my case I noticed that a new bottle of Creed Aventus Aftershave (50ml) had been taken from my suitcase during my stay in Room 915, I immediately emailed the Hotel on my return and reported the theft but as yet have had no response.
The breakfast was limited and not a buffet, you are given a credit token for $22 against the menu and the cost of the breakfast always exceeds this.
The room was never cleaned, only the towels were replaced daily, the bed sheets were never changed during the whole weeks stay and on the first day the bed was not remade
Staff is amazing and welcoming. Very clean and updated. Great location!

Couldn’t stay longer
I checked in late in the evening to see Collin smiling in a clean lobby at his front desk. Already a great start! He swiftly checked me into a room, which allowed me to quickly salvage an evening I would already be starting late. I had a great evening enjoying the location! Ran into some new friends! The next morning, Barbara was kind enough to answer my questions about what the breakfast options were and the hotel restaurant location. She was very patient with me! Upon sitting at the rooftop restaurant table, I was able to immediately enjoy the sunrise over the atlantic and bay! What a glorious sight! My waitress, Lorin, had taken photos of the sunset. I asked her if she would show me her photos, and she quickly agreed! They were beautiful photos! Lorin provided excellent service throughout my entire breakfast experience. She was patient and indulged in a very short astrophysics conversation about the sun's distance. Pretty cool! Upon completing breakfast, I went to check out at the lobby. Monica was there and quickly checked me out of my room. I noticed Collin was present at the front desk in the morning, performing various duties at his station. On my way out, my friend needed to use a parking spot for a few minutes, which Barbara informed us was acceptable as long as it really was just a short few minutes. I accepted and took a short last walk with my childhood best friend before he dropped me off at the airport for the foreseeable future. Excellence!
