Poor or even worse than I can imagine
Pros:

The property was so gross and dirty that I had to check everything before I could even sleep there because the walls in the bathroom were filthy dirty and the tiles on the floor were coming up and the floors didn’t look like they’d been mopped in a long time. I have never seen a hotel this dirty and bad before in my life and it smelled bad also. I can’t say anything good about this property because it was just totally disgusting I will never stay in this particular hotel ever again. I’d rather sleep outside instead of ever staying here again. It’s that bad. I have never ever rated a hotel this bad before and I hope that I won’t ever be staying in a place like this ever again. It’s that bad and for the money it’s pretty bad. It was affordable but that’s the only good thing that I can say about it. But I’ve stayed at other hotels for the same price and they were good for the money and even better than this particular hotel.

The rooms had space, closets/Drawers 2 sinks. And the price was amazing.

The parking lot is not good for larger vehicles.

Please clean your rooms, we pay hard earned money. A pissy room is absolutely not ok.
Pros:

It was clean for the most part, but the bed closest to the bathroom wreaked of URINE. So we had to sleep on the other bed.
