Pros:

We stayed recently , part of the Newmarket holidays package for Wimbledon , the outstanding member of staff we encountered was Moses , a very friendly check in and top marks for customer service from him when our tv needed reset.

Excellent and comfy experience
Pros:

Great rich buffet breakfast

Cons:

Accessibility by Uber or personal vehicles especially having the Bus Lane (with the attendant restrictions on drop off /pick up by taxi/ cabs) in front of the Main entrance of the hotel. That needs to be urgently addressed with the Municipal Council and possibly create another access to the hotel especially for customers arriving with baggage.

A great hotel for a 1 or 2 night stay that is relatively close to both Heathrow and Windsor
Pros:

We held a company Sales Meeting here for 20 people. Rooms are perfect for single occupancy for 2 nights. The conference facilities were of a high standard too. Feedback from the wider team was positive!

Cons:

Very minor issue...there is only one exercise bike in the gym and it was broken.
