Tesis pisti. Sitede "havlu var* yazıyor olmasına rağmen havlu yoktu. Yorganın 4-5 yerinde kan lekeleri vardı. Yastıklar pisti. Odada böcek vardı.

Para empezar supuestamente la habitación venia con sabanas y toallas incluidas(mentira), para continuar las fundas de las almohadas y del colchón estaban manchados, el suelo sucio, el armario roto y la ventana igual. El baño estaba también muy sucio.Además nos tuvieron horas esperando porque no me mandaron el código para poder coger las llaves y no contestaban a mis mensajes ni llamadas, tuvo que intervenir la policía para poder recibir una respuesta de su parte.

Séjour très décevant, sans service ni assistance.

À notre arrivée, aucun accueil n’était assuré, alors que la réception est annoncée ouverte jusqu’à 23h30 sur le site de l’hôtel et sur Booking.
Aucune information ne nous avait été transmise à l’avance concernant la récupération des clés ou le numéro de chambre. J’ai donc dû prendre l’initiative de contacter moi-même la personne responsable via WhatsApp.

Problèmes rencontrés
• Erreur de chambre : la chambre indiquée (n°18) était déjà occupée. Après contact, on nous a finalement attribué une autre chambre (n°17), sans excuse ni accompagnement (aucune indication sur l’étage où se trouvait notre chambre)
• Chauffage en panne : il ne fonctionnait pas du tout. Nous avons eu extrêmement froid durant la nuit, au point de tomber malades. (Le chauffage était mis à 5 + à savoir qu’il faisait 0 degrés dans la chambre et -8 dehors + mal isolé)
• Salle de bain très sale, comme visible sur les photos. (Dommage que je puisse en mettre QUE 4)
• Aucun article de toilette, contrairement à la description :
• aucune serviette de bain
• Wi-Fi non fonctionnel
• Aucun service client : malgré plusieurs messages envoyés, aucune réponse après le signalement des problèmes.
• Notre voisin s’est également plaint des mêmes conditions.

Face à cette situation, nous avons été contraints de quitter l’hôtel et de réserver une autre chambre pour la nuit suivante (Leonardo Hotel à Berlin), car il était impossible de rester plus longtemps dans ces conditions.

Remboursement
Cette situation est totalement inadmissible.
Je suis actuellement en attente d’un remboursement, que j’espère recevoir rapidement, et je demande le remboursement intégral du séjour.

Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel : absence totale de service, mauvaise gestion, conditions inacceptables.
