Great home away from home!
Pros:

The room was so neat and clean. The king bed was supportive and comfy. Great view of the city from the 9th floor. Hotel very close to restaurants and places to visit.

Cons:

It took a little bit to navigate the ground floor to the street and the next level up for the lobby & sky walk but learned quickly.

Loved Grand Rapids, probably would try a different hotel next time
Pros:

Great location in very walkable downtown! Room 308 was spacious.
Man at front desk (two tone hair) was pleasant, personable and engaging.
Spinach quiche on breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. Buffet area had comfortable seating.
Bed linens were good quality.

Cons:

I called the hotel on Saturday prior to arrival asking for the pullout sofa to be made up. The female front office person said we don’t offer that service. Additionally, we learned housekeeping would be done once during our 4 day stay.

Upon entering property, I missed the black sign directing guests to go upstairs to front desk. Walked into restaurant and the first thing I saw was a neon sign that said “Please don’t do coke in the bathroom “. What?!? The kind server who directed me back to elevator said, when I asked about it, “Well, you are in downtown Grand Rapids and have you seen the inside of the bathroom?”

A spill on the stairs at ground floor exit remained for 2 days.

Pros:

The location was excellent! The staff was extremely kind and courteous.

Cons:

The leaking faucet in our bathroom that made an inch high puddle in our bathroom that I stepped into in the middle of the night.
The continental breakfast was sub par.

Perfect location for concert at amphitheater.
Pros:

Location was excellent. New and very clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Nicely apportioned room. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

Cons:

Horrible pillows. They were so flat it was like they were nonexistent.

I got a room with a king bed, and had to use the pullout in the couch. I requested bedding and was given common sheets and no blanket.

I was only thee one night but it seemed to be located within walking distance of restaurants and shops.
Pros:

Good Hotel in Really Good Location
Pros:

Good room, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Good size TV that swivels so it can be seen from all areas of room. The room had good curtains to keep light out in morning. Plenty of room to put both suitcases down and still be able to move around room easily. Having full size refrigerator was nice.

Cons:

If you would like ice, you'll need to get it at the front desk. Not a big deal but didn't know until I asked about the location of ice machines. If you're staying for a few days the refrigerator can make ice.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Loved the location, it’s a beautiful well maintained hotel. Very clean. Loved the parking connecting to the hotel area. The staff was amazing. We loved our room and the beds. Walking distance to many restaurants. Reasonable short walk to acrisure theater. No complaints!

Beautiful hotel, not very clean though.
Cons:

There was literally a breast feeding pad wrapped up in one of our beds. That is so gross, how well do you wash these things? Also all over online and your staff told us how good the breakfast was and it was the most average to below average food.
