The bathroom was nice and the size was okay. The cleaning staff were great but we could have used more water.
The pool is broken, the gym is pretty terrible, the front desk staff aren’t friendly at all, they don’t even look up to make eye contact or smile when you come in. We also had a short in our electricity, the lights kept going on/off in there own. Maintenance came up and seemed to take care of it. We stayed here 6 nights too many for the quality of the hotel and breakfast was VERY expensive! @ $17 US dollars per person.
Comfortable beds, shower pressure was good, and separate from rest of bathroom.
Designated smoker's area looks to be a staff area at the back with no signs anywhere.

Room was spacious and hotel's location is good if you plan to visit 전주한옥마을. Bed was super comfortable.

We booked because it had a pool and outside seating area. None were available. Restaurant was closed as was full with private booking.
