Comfortable Place for a Quick Stay
Pros:

Bright and clean in an accessible location with conveniences nearby. Staff were friendly, room was comfortable, breakfast was hot. Just what I needed. Note that IHG hotels put a deposit on your card. It initially looks like you were overcharged but then it is removed before the charge is finalized a few days after check out.

No frills, no problems, a good business hotel
Pros:

We needed a hotel in the area to arrive late and leave early, essentially a bed and shower in between meetings. I am a fan of Holiday Inn Express, but the one nearby was very expensive for some reason. IHG website showed me this Avid at a fantastic price so I figured I'd give it a try.

The hotel has a very Scandinavian approach and it got the job done. Clean, nice bed, and easy included breakfast. Just what we were looking for.

Excellent. Best night sleep in months.
Pros:

The level of cleanliness is outstanding. Towels were fluffy and fresh and plentiful. The window coverings allow for complete darkness for sleeping and then a second shade for privacy lets light pass through amply when needed. Bed was excellent…comfy, fresh and abundant quality pillows. Shower is magnificent and the shower head was mounted high and with a very wide rain type head. Just overall my favorite place to stay. Even though there were a ton of guests, it stayed rather quiet and the attendants kept the breakfast hot and well stocked. Highest recommendation to anyone craving an excellent night sleep and a quality breakfast!

Cons:

No improvements necessary. I asked a staff member in the elevator if this company treated her well and she flashed a very wide sincere smile and said yes, I like working here. That’s all I need to know.
