Das nicht Raucher Zimmer hat komplett nach Rauch gestunken! Eine umbuchung des Zimmers wurde nicht gewährt. Das Bad hat komplett nach Zigaretten gestunken! Leider sehr sehr schlecht

Lage des Hotels war prima, um zu Fuß ins Rhein-Energie-Stadion zu laufen. Nachts war es sehr ruhig.

Nachts war es sehr ruhig. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und vielseitig.
Hotelpersonal war sehr nett und freundlich.

Cons:

Ein paar mehr Tassen am Frühstücksbuffet. Frühstück selbst war prima, auch der Frühstücksraum war schön.

Das Hotel war für eine Ausbuchung offenbar nicht vorbereitet, oder es ist offenbar egal?!
Cons:

Schlechtes Frühstück, um 9:30 Uhr nur noch ein Brötchen und Toast, nur 2 Sorten Wurst zur Auswahl, Kaffee im Pappbecher, sehr schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Enttäuschend und würde ich nicht nochmal buchen.
Pros:

Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Frau beim Einchecken an der Rezeption war extrem unfreundlich, hat nur vor sich hin genuschelt und hatte Kopfhörer im Ohr. Haben extra 15€ bezahlt um eine halbe Stunde früher ins Zimmer zu können und das Zimmer war noch nicht komplett fertig geputzt. Betten sind der absolute Horror gewesen. Unfassbar weich und laut bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung.
