Nettes Personal , Gute Lage zur Messe ,Ruhige Lage

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Bad / Dusche Dichtung dreckig , ging einfach mit Lappen zu reinigen ,ist aber nicht unsere Aufgabe ! Fernseher nicht steuerbar mit der Fernbedienung , Frühstücksraum zu klein bei Ansturm um 8.00 , Zeitweise keine Wurst

Gute Lage, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Im Hotel war es ruhig und entspannt. Nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt gibt es einen Supermarkt, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Frühstück war gut, es gab eine große Auswahl.

Cons:

Laut den Hotelregeln war unsere Abreisezeit bis 12:00 Uhr. Aber ab 10:20 Uhr kam die Putzfrau mehrmals in unser Zimmer, um uns zum schnelleren Auschecken zu drängen, da sie früher putzen und nach Hause gehen wollte. Das hat uns nicht gefallen, da wir uns vor der Weiterreise noch ausruhen wollten.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The staff go above and beyond.
staff were better than some 4/5 star hotels!
The room was clean and had everything myself and my daughter needed.
I would say it’s very similar to a premier inn.
The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes to the train station, 10/15 minutes from the city centre and 10 minute uber ride to the botanika gardens.

Overall wonderful staff, great location and clean.

Die Lage und die Angestellten

Cons:

Es war sehr dreckig wir werden dieses Hotel/kette nicht mehr buchen also Flecken über all im Badezimmer Zimmer an Sicht sehr unsauber den darf man nicht aus dem Fenster gucken aufm Vordach Unterhosen, Kleiderbügel usw.
