Pros:

Negyedik alkalommal voltunk itt és minden rendben volt. 2027 áprilisban megint jövünk.

Cons:

Hárman voltunk de csak két fő részére volt bekészítve kéztörlő! Későn érkeztünk és nagyon fáradtak voltunk, ezért nem akartam még keresni hogy hol kapható.

Pros:

Die eher modern eingerichteten Zimmer passen gut zu Ludwigshafen – das Bild auf dem Bett zeigt die Stadt selbst. Einfacher Zugang per elektronischer Karte. Aus der oberen Etage schöne Aussicht in Richtung Rhein (Danke an den Empfang!). Gute Anbindung an die Straßenbahn; alternativ Fußweg zum Bahnhof Ludwigshafen Mitte am Rhein – wenn auch etwas weiter, dafür entlang der Rheinuferpromenade. Sympathisches Detail: Leih-Trinkglas sind vorhanden, was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist.

Cons:

Zimmerservice (z. B. Handtücher tauschen) erfolgt nur über QR-Code. Das ist für weniger technikaffine Gäste umständlich; eine unkomplizierte Meldung über die Rezeption wäre wünschenswert. Stärkere Gebrauchsspuren an einigen Stellen → Renovierungsbedarf wäre angebracht. Klimaanlage ist umständig zu bedienen: Bei Überkühlung muss sie manuell an der Fernbedienung ausgeschaltet werden.

Das erste Zimmer stank furchtbar, auf Nachfrage bekam ich Ersatz. Der Empfang war nur via Glocke besetzt, sehr schade dass bei der Anreise niemand Herzlich Willkommen sagen kann und beim Gehen niemand zu sehen ist. Auf Klingeln und Nachfrage nach Rechnung kein Lächeln, kein schöner Tag. Dazu standen alte Kaffeebecher auf dem Zimmer, dafür kein Zahnbecher…. Komisch

Oh, steht unter gefallen, gefallen hat mir eigentlich nur, dass ich ein anderes Zimmer bekam

Comfortable and clean, good connection via tram to the main station.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable (good matress), good blackout. Fast response via messages. Check out till noon. We just stayed one and short night so cannot say anything more. Good connection to the main train station via tram (10 minutes in total).

Cons:

Nothing really to tell here as we just stayed for a night. Quite expensive in general but a good deal if you compare to the other prices. We were happy to found it.
