Great experience, better people!
Pros:

Stayed at Element, Marcus at the front desk was extremely helpful and even took our things to our room since my wife is in a wheelchair and we have a puppy. Then Carlos Taveras at the valet helped get everything for us and made our lives easier. Thank you all!

Hotel is clean and centrally located, other than us getting the wrong room and the desk agents being ultimately no help,
Pros:

It’s in a central location and not far from the stadium.

Cons:

We did not get the room we paid for, and was not made aware of that before hand. Once we checked in and got into the room, we made from desk (Jose) aware and he apologized and stated he would contact his manager to resolve the issue. He later stated we would get an $80 refund for the mishap, but I’ve contacted them numerous times to no avail. I finally made Bookings customer service aware and now I’m waiting on them to resolve the issue.

Pros:

Clean room and very spacious! Had everything you could need for a quick stay. The hotel rooftop bar was great. Good location with lots of food options right outside the hotel. I would stay here again.

It was clean and a nice area to site see and eat.

Cons:

My room was not ready when I got there for check in and I had to wait 2+ hours for a room. No kind of discount was offered for the unorganized management or accommodation to relax. We ended up sitting in a lobby with our luggage in the way of others. The valet was a bit confused on what the price was and seemed shady as one took cash from one individual with us and the next day acted like he didn’t know what was going on until another coworker mentioned he did take the cash from him and to go get his car. Overall not good hospitality on that part.

Pros:

Everything was great, except for the fact that the entire property is non-smoking. There should be at least one smoking section outside to accommodate everyone. I would not stay there again for that one reason.
The staff was excellent and the place was very clean.
