Clean and nice area

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how new (or beautifully renovated) everything looked. The entire property is spotless, modern, and very well maintained. Every area was clean, organized, and inviting, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The amenities are excellent, and the gym deserves a special mention. It’s spacious, well-equipped, and one of the best hotel fitness centers I’ve used.

What truly made my experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and positive attitude made me feel valued as a guest throughout my stay.

I especially want to thank the front desk team for going above and beyond. They kindly accommodated a late check-out until 2:00 PM, which I really appreciated. Many hotels either don’t offer late check-out at all or only extend it until noon, so this flexibility made a huge difference and allowed me to enjoy my last day without feeling rushed.

A special thank you goes to one of the front desk associates—I believe her name was Yati. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. Her warm personality, positive energy, and genuine smile made every interaction a pleasure. It’s clear that the hotel has an outstanding team that truly cares about its guests.

Thank you all for such a fantastic experience. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

Had an incredible short stay and wished it was longer. The room was super spacious, great kitchenette and good desk space for work. The lobby staff were all absolutely incredible. I would come back again.

Last time we stayed at the Element Tampa had a few Roaches in our room. This time only saw roaches in the halls. House keeping had 12 hours to service our room but failed. Called front desk to at least get new towels this required one in person visit and 2 phone calls. Each night of our visit the roof top restaurant bar was booked privately. No seating for hotel guests and crowd was inappropriately dressed with lewd behavior. We have stayed at this hotel for several years and it has definitely gone down hill. We are Marriott Members and feel this hotel does not exemplify the Marriott brand.

The staff at this hotel are difficult and rude. The front desk attendant told us room service was available, it was not. Our only opinion was to dine in at the hotel restaurant. The service was lazy and forgettable. The thermostat in the room did not work. I’d find a way to stay at a different hotel in the future.

I had a wonderful experience and truly appreciate the excellent service from the moment we arrived. I would especially like to recognize Daniel from valet parking. His level of customer service was exceptional and truly stood out. He was always courteous, professional, and eager to help with anything my husband and I needed.
Every arrival and departure was effortless. His positive attitude and genuine dedication to our satisfaction made a significant difference in our overall experience.

The service at this place was great, starting from the reception and specially the valet parking. A guy Daniel from the valet parking team took care of my vehicle and was the most welcoming and respectful young individual who took care of us from the start of our trip. 5 stars

We had such a wonderful experience at Element hotel, and a big part of that was Daniel, the valet, who was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, Daniel welcomed us with such warmth, professionalism, and positive energy that he immediately made us feel at home. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind, and he made the whole arrival and departure experience feel smooth, easy, and stress-free.

The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, but it was the level of service that really made our stay special. Daniel went above and beyond with his helpful attitude and exceptional customer service, and you can tell he truly cares about guests and takes pride in what he does. It’s not often that one person leaves such a lasting impression, but Daniel absolutely did. He is a true asset to the hotel, and his kindness and professionalism made our stay even more memorable. We're from our of town and were discussing places to go next. Daniel overheard us talking and approached us to suggest different places. He took the time to explain directions and distances and even prices of the multiple places he suggested. We pretty much planned our next two days around his suggestions. He definitely went the extra mile in providing an excellent service.

From the moment I walked to the reception desk, Yatiana was super friendly and welcoming. She checked me in with all ease and informed me of the wonderful amenities like Sal & Mar Restaurant being on the top floor, the conference areas available for me in the future as a business traveller to the hotel and local perks like Whole Foods and Joffrey’s coffee being on the same street! The housekeeper was very kind and my room was immaculate! I go to Tampa for work every 60 days and I have ALWAYS selected Element/Aloft Midtown as my first choice. It is easy to get to various locations and roadways, airport, mall and anything else!

this was such a beautiful place to stay, i was staying here with a couple of my friends showing them around tampa/ midtown and they thought it was beautiful. we were welcomed by the valet joey he was so sweet!! he helped all of us and answered any questions we had.
