Pros:

The property manager was extremely rude and wouldn’t refund me back my money !

Cons:

The unit I checked in had a weird smell to it and it wasn’t settling with my body right and it was giving me sinuses problems

Relatively nice
Pros:

Breakfast could use a few more options. Maybe pancakes and waffles, bacon

Cons:

Didn’t know there wasn’t a door to the bathroom, took me by surprise as I was sharing the room with a friend and it was very unexpected

Pros:

Location is great, a lot to walk around and do in Midtown.

Cons:

My room was dirty and housekeeping never came to clean my room during my stay. The pillows are terrible here.

Avoid at all costs. Check your bill. Avoid wxyz bar.
Pros:

Love the rooftop pool and restaurant. Breakfast staff were super nice. Room was spacious.

Cons:

I was double billed. I informed the desk clerk when I was checking out. I had paid in advance through booking.com. she told me "oh, that happens all the time!". Took 17 days and multiple escalation to get the second charge removed from my credit card. I never received an apology.The pool bar was closed. The wxyz bartender spent all her time telling me how incompetent her colleagues were, and that she wouldn't eat the hotel food "if it was the last thing available ". Rooftop bartender charged me $21 for a margarita because, he "hand made" it??? I had one earlier that was 14 or 15$.
Overall, I do not recommend this property.

Location was nice

Cons:

Parking and unloading was difficult. Then on check out day, the housekeeping staff for our room, 443 attempted to access our room at 915ish in the morning which startled us. Upon opening the door, no apologies was given from her, she only started asking when we’re leaving. In my 40 years of traveling have i by ever had this happen. I will find another hotel on our next trip to Tampa.

It’s a hotel.
Pros:

Good location. Clean. B

Cons:

Bed was too soft
The light around the bathroom mirror was always on. There was no switch to turn it off. It’s light would hit a large, full height mirror opposite the bathroom entry and keep the entire room lit up all night.
So, it’s great unless you want to sleep.

$40 a day to park is a bit ridiculous. The valets are good but if only one is working and us off chasing a car in the lot you might have to wait

But you can’t park over night in the large lot that is right behind the hotel or you get ticketed

Hint: a 1/4 mile away there are hotels with free surface parking
