Hallways were very dim is really the only thing i could complain about. Not really a complaint more of an observation .

Pros:

The location was everything! Plenty of shops and restaurants/bars around the facility. Nothing was more than 10 mins away. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Steve was super helpful and friendly! 5 Star Treatment!! I will always stay at Aloft Midtown when in Tampa.

I would say it was good but needs a little bit more work
Pros:

I liked that it was nice, safe, staff was nice

Cons:

There was no microwave, hated the wall between the bed and bathroom, the shower was terrible the water went out with the door closed, no proper trashcan the parking is very confusing so we ended up with a warning.

I have the worst experience ever.
Pros:

I do not like the pool was rented out both days me and my family could not use the pool and I think that was ridiculous. I think I need to be reimbursed at least one of the nights. I never went to a hotel where they rent out the whole pool for outside guest.

Cons:

Please do not rent the pool out for outside guesses were very upset.

Great place and location
Pros:

My room was nice. The a/c was very very loud. I could hear the TV over it and hard to sleep with the noise from a/c. The guy at the bar on Saturday was rude and I think he was on something. But all the other staff was very nice especially the guy who check me in.

Cons:

The very very loud noise the a/c made and the bartender on Saturday. No door separating the shower from the room.

Aloft Midtown Tampa
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Aloft Tampa Midtown from May 25 - June 6 for business travel and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Upon arrival, Yati, the Guest Care Representative, and her team greeted me warmly, provided friendly hospitality, and ensured a seamless check-in process. Throughout my stay, housekeeping services assigned an attendant to clean and replenish my room daily. The rooftop bar and pool were always a welcome respite after a long workday. Overall, I would recommend the Aloft Tampa Midtown for extended business or pleasure.

Great staff and very clean property
Pros:

We always have such a wonderful experience at this hotel. It is always so clean and the stop is amazing! Of course it always starts with a great manager SHANAZ who is always so helpful and it goes right down to the rest of her team. AYUSH was so helpful and so polite when we checked in. Then we had AYUSH and PUMA MICHELLE check in on us throughout our stay to make sure that everything was going well. And of course it was going above well. Always a good staff always a good experience.

It was okay.
Pros:

The rooms were cold and clean. The staff were friendly. Decent location not too far from attractions

Cons:

The parking was confusing. Apparently you have to pay for parking and the valet doesn’t take cash. I don’t think it was well thought out. The bathrooms don’t have doors.
