Great place, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Good location in midtown with grocery store, restaurants/bars, and other amenities nearby. Safe, quiet area. Within short drive of downtown, airport, and places to visit.

Cons:

Our first room was above air conditioning fans which were very noisy, so we didn't get much sleep. After talking to Reception, we were moved to a quieter room and were very comfortable from then on.

Pros:

A great hotel with well designed rooms, comfortable bed and very good shower. Free breakfast was excellent and we had a really enjoyable stay

The property manager was extremely rude and wouldn’t refund me back my money !

Breakfast could use a few more options. Maybe pancakes and waffles, bacon

Cons:

Didn’t know there wasn’t a door to the bathroom, took me by surprise as I was sharing the room with a friend and it was very unexpected

Pros:

Location is great, a lot to walk around and do in Midtown.

Cons:

My room was dirty and housekeeping never came to clean my room during my stay. The pillows are terrible here.
