Great location but no next time.
Pros:

Great location, very friendly and nice staff. Hotel was clean.

Cons:

Pros:

The only good thing about this place is the location. But there are many other hotels that are ewually convenient and at a lower price with better service and mattress.

Cons:

Extremely hard mattress (personal preference) and the service was truly horrendous. Either very rude or incompetent staff. The cleaning was done very poorly. Book somewhere else if you don't want to ruin your trip

Goed verblijf in Ginza Tokyo
Pros:

Schone kamers, mooie algemene ruimtes. Locatie aan rand Ginza is heerlijk, veel winkels en restaurants en bars! Heerlijke douche!

Cons:

Kamers zijn krap, maar dat is overal al geschreven. Ontbijt is beperkt.

Very clean, quiet, great location

Cons:

For me the beds were a little too hard but, having stayed in several other hotels in Japan , this seems to be the norm.

We really enjoyed the cleanliness and location of the hotel! Definitely would consider it again.
Pros:

We really appreciated the cleanliness and location of the hotel. We were comfortable, despite it being a slightly smaller room than what we are used to (it helped that it was at the start of our stay in Tokyo).

Cons:

The size of the room wasn't great but, we managed just fine.
