Lovely
Pros:

Lovely apartment in a perfect location, next to the Sloane Square Underground station, which makes it easy to travel to any part of London. The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is also a reception open every day from 09:00 to 18:00.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was the bathtub, which only has a rain shower in the tub and no classic handheld shower. This was a bit limiting and challenging for the three of us with very long hair, as we didn’t have the option to take a quick shower without washing our hair.

Aside from that, everything else was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing in every way other than the lack of a proper shower (I realise some may prefer a bath but this is my opinion!).
Pros:

Location, size, lift, facilities. We loved it although next time we will try and get one of the apartments with a proper shower rather than shower over bath.

Cons:

It wd be perfect if it had a walk in shower with normal shower rather than rain shower, and really needs something to hang on to exiting the current arrangement. An older person cd easily slip.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

I stayed for about 9 days , the checkin was smooth , the receptionist was great , the apartment was clean and smell great , communication was great , the interim cleaning was a bounce , location is great near Sloan underground station , various shops and restaurants around diffidently will be coming again

Pros:

Close to underground and walking distance to great restaurants and stores.
Rooms were comfy and having elevator to get to top floor was really useful

Cons:

The almost constant emails and international calls at early hours to get passport info for 1 member of our group who was away not reachable - I feel they could’ve waited until we got there considering they had already taken the payment. We had explained we could not get this info but they didn’t seem to understand

Beautiful and charming location. Friendly and courteous staff. Convenient to transportation.
Pros:

We loved the location and the property. Being right next to the tube station was so convenient. It was also easy to get an Uber or Taxi as well. The location is in a beautiful area, and there were times we walked a lot for shopping and dining in the Sloan Gardens area. Isaac at the front desk was so helpful, courteous and charming, and we loved seeing his smiling face every morning. We were also lucky to be there during the Chelsea flower show.

Cons:

the shower was a little tricky getting in and out of. Although our group could get in and out, we still had to be careful not to slip - not much room between the glass and vanity. I think a sliding glass door or a shower curtain would give more room to enter and exit the shower.

Cons:

I have stayed in this building previously in a much nicer apartment.
I thought all the apartments were of the same high standard as the first one that I stayed in.
However,the cleanliness was very good and the location is fantastic however the apartment I stayed in this time was very disappointing.
