This is the best place I ever lived in in London and if I come back, I will book it in the same area
Pros:

Staff was providing my needs from towels, cleaning tools and products, and they were helping me during my absence I lost one K and they helped me to give another one. In addition, the location is excellent because it is in high standard, please and near all good locations and I can reach places while walking plus I was near Metro station. The place is safe. The area is clean. The buildings around me is amazing and imaginary easy to get in and out the flat is very comfortable and so many others that I loved me and my husband.

Cons:

If I need anything during the night, I can't find the stuff because they work only daytime but I can reach them through email

Location is next to Slona Garden station and several luxurious brands, harrods, oncloud etc., easy in walking distance to markets, fast food locations and coffee houses.

Lovely
Pros:

Lovely apartment in a perfect location, next to the Sloane Square Underground station, which makes it easy to travel to any part of London. The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is also a reception open every day from 09:00 to 18:00.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was the bathtub, which only has a rain shower in the tub and no classic handheld shower. This was a bit limiting and challenging for the three of us with very long hair, as we didn’t have the option to take a quick shower without washing our hair.

Aside from that, everything else was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing in every way other than the lack of a proper shower (I realise some may prefer a bath but this is my opinion!).
Pros:

Location, size, lift, facilities. We loved it although next time we will try and get one of the apartments with a proper shower rather than shower over bath.

Cons:

It wd be perfect if it had a walk in shower with normal shower rather than rain shower, and really needs something to hang on to exiting the current arrangement. An older person cd easily slip.

I stayed for about 9 days , the checkin was smooth , the receptionist was great , the apartment was clean and smell great , communication was great , the interim cleaning was a bounce , location is great near Sloan underground station , various shops and restaurants around diffidently will be coming again
