Pros:

Fantastic location, large rooms, well equipped, quiet street, literally metres from the Underground

Beautiful historic building right adjacent to Sloane Square
Pros:

The location couldn't be better. The underground is a few steps away and King's Road shopping is around the corner. The flat is cute and just the right size for 1-2 people. The staff were kind and welcoming, especially the gentlemen that works the reception desk.

Very clean, comfortable and central. All amenities catered for and extremely friendly staff.

Cons:

Was a bit dark and cold in the flat initially as north facing but does have a good and easy to use heating system.

Location was excellent. The flat was quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

On-line check in was difficult, could not access it a second time to add details about the second guest. Not entirely sure the flat had been cleaned properly?...... the kitchen floor was not clean where someone had used the washing machine and soapy water had dried on the floor, just a powdery substance on the floor in front of the machine.
The sink plug in the bathroom was difficult, (broken?) and the bath was difficult to access for older people.

Pros:

Location fantastic. Close to transportation and Chelsea on your doorstep. Yet somehow beautiful quiet street. Apartment well appointed and comfortable. Staff friendly and super helpful throughout the stay.

Cons:

Would have been helpful to learn earlier than arrival day that we could leave baggage with the concierge prior to check in.

Absolutamente recomendable
Pros:

El departamento es muy luminoso y comodo (cama. placards, cocina y living) El personal muy atento y amable. La ubicacion a 70 mts de la estacion del subte Sloan es muy conveniente.
