Fácil ubicación al venir del aeropuerto

Cons:

Me extrañó que se cobrará un extra por una tasa de la ciudad. Esta misma semana me quedé en otro hotel de la misma cadena en otro sitio y no se me cobró nada.

Nicht das erste Mal und auch nicht das letzte Mal.
Pros:

Angenehmes Hotel mit sehr guter ÖPNV-Anbindung. Ein kleines Einkaufscenter mit großem Rewe ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ein durchschnittliches Hotel mit keinem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis !
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber ( bis auf das Fenster ) und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Frühstück war okay ( Standard ) ! Lage gut , da in Hotelnähe U-Bahn vorhanden! Zentrum Hamburg mit der U-Bahn in 15 Minuten erreichbar !

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer für 2 Nächte gebucht ! Kein Safe im Zimmer, keine Mini-Bar! Klimaanlage zu laut ! An dem Wochenende war es in Hamburg sehr heiß! Wir mussten täglich 2x unter die Dusche ! Es fand kein Handtuchtausch statt! Auch das Zimmer wurde nicht nochmal "hergerichtet" ! Toilettendeckel war lose !
Ein weiteres DZ musste aufgrund eines Zwischenfalls ( gesundheitlich ) leider kurzfristig storniert werden. Vom Hotel gab es trotz Kulanzanfrage kein Entgegenkommen; das Zimmer musste leider komplett bezahlt werden ( nur das Frühstück wurde vom Preis abgezogen ).

Pros:

Ja das Zimmer war zwar zur strasse ,aber sehr sauber ,gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man konnte bei decathlon über Nacht im Parkhaus bleiben, für einen sehr guten Preis

Cons:

Eigentlich nur der Abriss des nachbargebäudes.Und das Frühstück war etwas klein im Angebot, für den Preis

Gute Anbindung an U- und S-Bahn. Belebte Umgebung. Großer Einkaufsmarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Teppichboden mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer.
