Cons:

Arrived early (10am) and literally waited hours in the lobby for a room. I offered to sleep on a rollaway at one point. I was ill and needed to lay down but was offered nothing. Finally, after 3 pm I was offered a handicapped/accessible room.

Disappointed in the breakfast, room was lovely but the staff need to cheer up a little.

My husband and I arrived at the hotel early in morning cause our flight was changed,the hotel hold our luggage until the room was ready which it was probably one hour wait I was very pleased cause I was extremely tired and then I requested a late check out and they were able to help me with that has well ..the free shuttle to the airport was wonderful..i will definitely will stay at the hotel again. And did I mention the location was perfect less than 5 minutes walk to restaurants and shopping 🛍 stores.

Cons:

I have not to say everything was great.

Poor customer service
Pros:

Still waiting to check into my room. Guest services needs serious customer service training. Went next door to Marriott hotel to check out the property for potential clients and was told to come back later. Late Friday morning and not busy.
