Cons:

Muy mala experiencia. No me quisieron emitir factura, a pesar de que la solicité en tiempo y forma. Si viajan por trabajo, como es mi caso, y necesitan comprobantes fiscales, evítense problemas y mejor hospédense en otro lugar donde sí cumplan con sus obligaciones. Es inaceptable que un establecimiento se niegue a facturar.

the only thing i would have to say, and it's not a negative remark. As hot as it is in Mexico and having to drink room temp water is really not ideal. The staff should really consider adding refrigerators in the rooms.

Our trip was a 24 hour drive and Delicias was our half point to our destination.
