Location was good for our needs.

Cons:

The apartment needed a good clean. Cobwebs in the shower, filthy balcony which I just didn’t want to go out on. The cockroach running across the sofa while I sat on it was not good.
The staff member on Saturday check in was hopeless and didn’t follow through on a simple request for an invoice to be sent by email was ignored. He bungled keys for at least three guests.

Staff were friendly, beds comfy and bathroom clean.

Cons:

Balcony was filthy. Sticky stuff on the curtains and the bed head. Headboard was a velvet material with hand prints all over and some questionable substance on.

The room was also tiny. For $450 it was ridiculously over priced. It was a busy weekend in the city however.

Very accessible and pleasant.
Pros:

The room was quiet despite location, and had a pleasant view to the south. The bathroom was spacious, modern and clean.

There are several better hotels for less in the same area...
Pros:

Really not much to like about the place...Just extremely disappointing on all fronts. If there was a prize for inefficient staff, the oros team would win even if it were not contesting

Quiet and convenient location with good facilities.
Pros:

A return visit to the Oros. The location suited our needs. The facilities were also very good. Staff were super - friendly and helpful. Close to shops.

Cons:

A larger fridge (room had a bar fridge only) would be helpful. Also instructions for the washer/dryer.

Pros:

I love how big the room was! I love the fact that it had a full kitchen too!

Cons:

The air-conditioning would turn on sporadically by itself. No smoking on the balcony.
