The black colour every where. It mad the room quite dark
Very friendly staff and a large, spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Extremely clean!
On a very busy road, so there was road noise. Nothing extreme unless you were out on the balcony. The beds are very firm! Definitely didn't enjoy those.
A full mirror would be handy for the female travellers aswell😁
An original receptionist confirmed that I had a valid reservation arranged by the hotel itself, including check-in and check-out terms, and I received a confirmation with a PIN directly from the hotel. Despite this, when I returned to check in, the afternoon shift receptionist was aggressive, dismissive, and confrontational.
I was publicly humiliated in the lobby in front of other guests, repeatedly spoken down to, and subjected to intimidation through constant threats to cancel my booking simply because I tried to calmly explain that I had a confirmed reservation with a confirmation PIN issued by the hotel. This felt like an abuse of authority rather than professional conduct.
During this interaction, the receptionist also disclosed confidential information about my previous stays, including inappropriate commentary about a former guest. This information should never have been shared and was completely unprofessional.
We spent over an hour disputing a booking that already existed, followed by an additional 45 minutes trying to obtain clarification from the receptionist who originally made the booking. Even he expressed disgust at how the afternoon shift receptionist had behaved.
Eventually, we were allowed to stay, but only after the reasoning for refusal changed multiple times. The room provided was a significant downgrade from what had been promised and confirmed — a suite without a kitchen, despite that being part of the original agreement. On top of this, no towels were provided, compounding an already stressful experience.
