Great loaction; comfy room but sadly lacking in smiles.
Pros:

Location! It was just by the Fatima Sanctiary so it was super convenient going for mass and prayer devotions. There were also many eateries close by.

Cons:

The staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming. My husband and I kind of felt like we were not welcomed. Smiles were non-existent.

Lamentável
Pros:

Quarto amplo, limpo, confortável.

Cons:

Hotel de rede desconectado com a espiritualidade de Fátima. Não há recepção, mas um bar na entrada e um funcionário com um computador numa mesa lateral para fazer o checkin. Não se vê nenhuma imagem de Nossa Senhora, senão uma escultura de madeira e uma árvore que vem do bar simbolizando a azinheira e a Virgem. Nossa Senhora atrelada a um bar!!!Tive dificuldade para almoçar no restaurante do hotel (mesmo com a funcionária do hotel tendo feito contato com o restaurante e me garantido que seria atendido ) os funcionários do restaurante me fizeram voltar e aguardar uma hora e meia ate o próximo horário disponível. Ainda me serviram comida fria. Café da manhã fraco e limitado. Já fui à Fátima muitas vezes ( este ano foi a segunda vez)e esta foi minha pior experiência. Definitivamente, não vale a pena e não retornarei a este hotel.

Excellent overall. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Great location.
The staff, especially Diana, the energetic wonder woman, were friendly and helpful. We asked for a clean and quiet room, and we got just what we wanted.
The breakfast was spectacular. The scrambled eggs, creamy and tasty, were the best I have ever had, and I had plenty of them when traveling was a big part of my work.

Cons:

The amount of food wasted by the guests was regrettable. It saddens me when people just throw away food in Fátima. This is, of course, not the hotel's problem. Perhaps a sign reminding people not to waste the breakfast they bought with their hard-earned money? Or, simply reduce the amount of food that goes with the price?
