Pros:

Very good in every way except housekeeping.

The staff was truly outstanding! I also noted there seem to be a good vibe among the staff, and that translates to a warm and welcoming experience for guests

Cons:

Bathroom was not very clean.
The hotel was not at all crowded, so it seems like housekeeping staff was not rushed

Overpriced for the quality of the hotel
Pros:

Nice building and safe parking.

Cons:

Room lights strobed over bed. Switches were confusing. The AC unit sounded like airplane propeller speeding up and slowing down. The AC temperature was too hot then too cold. The pool door from outside was stuck so carf worked but door wouldn't open. The staff said you had to push and pull real hard... Forget that! The disabled pool lift didn't work at all. Coffee machine was confusing. The vent in bathroom dripped water and bath towel smelled like it was not dried completely before folding up.

Our stay was good. We'd stay again.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, expensive but cooked nicely. Dinner the night before not that good at all and again expensive.

Cons:

Dinner. We had hamburgers and French fries. The hamburger was tasteless.

Honeymoon Dream
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, even though we came in at night, a young lady was training, but still went very smooth
