Modernes Hotel, bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt, das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und motiviert Wünsche zu erfüllen

Cons:

Wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist, sind die Plätze beim Frühstück zu Stoßzeiten sehr knapp. Aufgrund der Lage muss man einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz vom Hotel nehmen

C haotisch, aber freundliches Personal

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und die nette Reinigungskraft.

Cons:

Insgesamt etwas chaotisch: Bei Ankunft um 15 Uhr war unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Zunächst sollten wir warten (Kaffee aufs Haus), dann konnten wir ein anderes beziehen. Parkplatzsituation: Wurden im Vorfeld per Mail zur Nutzung des Parkplatzes für 10 € eingeladen. Bei Ankunft war man angeblich überbucht mit "minus 7", wir sollten uns in der Straße was suchen, was gar nicht so einfach war. Gegen 22 h waren zahlreiche Plätze frei - Angeblich "frei geworden". Die Buchung war dann möglich, dauerte aber relativ lange. Frühstück Sonntag ab 7:30: halbe Stunde anstehen. Angaben bzgl. Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum variieren: 1 oder 2 km? Durch einen langen Tunnel unter der Bahn kürzer, aber nachts nicht besonders angenehm.

Auf Nachfrage ein zweites Kissen bekommen. Das war sehr nett.

Cons:

Man kann bei dem Preis nichts großartiges erwarten deswegen einfach kurz und bündig völlig in Ordnung.
