Die nähe zum Congress Center war für mich perfekt.

Cons:

Ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer wäre super gewesen oder die Möglichkeit im Foyer sich Wasser heis zu machen wäre super gewesen, aber es ging auch so. Allerdings wenn man das Fenster zur Hauptstraße hat ist es schon recht laut wenn man mit offenem Fenster schläft.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
Ich hab ein Problem mit der Bezahlung. Ich habe das Hotelzimmer bei der Buchung am 26.1.2026 per Visacard bezahlt und von booking.com auch ein Zahlungsbestätigung erhalten.
Jetzt habe ich auch von Klarna eine Zahlungsaufforderung für 75,60Euro erhalten. Möglicherweise hab ich bei der Buchung einen Fehler gemacht.
Ich bitte um Klärung und Hilfe!

Sehr verbesserungsbedürftig, einiges gut aber wo anders in Summe besser!

Zimmer Preis/Leistung gut

Cons:

Habe nicht gefrühstückt da mir zu teuer! Leider Wurde der Parkplatz nicht vom Schnee geräumt, einige Gäste hatten extreme Schwierigkeiten! Im gesamten Haus gab es weder Steusalz noch eine Schneeschaufel, dafür 10.- Euro die Nacht Parkgebühren! Extrem lautes Hotel, Klientel führt sich auf wie zu Hause! Telefonieren zu frühen Morgenstunden oder späten Abendstunden auf dem Gang, rauchen Teils aus dem Zimmerfenster und so weiter! Hab es mal wieder probiert, für mich nicht wieder! Leider!
