Good value, though not very glamourous hotel
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality; the room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Personnel availability was restricted in time, and if was not obvious who was in charge of handling request. We wer quite surprised that being able to leave our luggage in a safe place after check-out was not standard practice (but we were allowed to). The surroundings were far from beautiful (railways, large traffic junctions, and in out case construction on the street in front), but the Danube and its DZM museum were quite close by, and the old town reachable in 15 minutes.

Okay zum Schlafen, Menschlichkeit fehlt

Ausstattung der Zimmer war okay. Einzelne Mitarbeiter (Reinigungspersonal) freundlich

Cons:

Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt obwohl ich einen Hund dabei hatte und tägliche Reinigung versprochen wurde
Ausstattung der Zimmer teilweise echt grenzwertig (angebrochene Kleiderbügel, Föhn schmierig)

Am allerschlimmsten war jedoch die Gleichgültigkeit des Personals und die fehlende Erste-Hilfe-Ausstattung als ein Hotelgast direkt vor der Tür über einen Türstopper des Hotels gestolpert ist. Es kam keiner um bei der Erstversorgung zu unterstützen, Erst-Hilfsmittel konnten nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Auf mehrfacher Nachfrage wurde widerwillig ein Kühl-Akku gereicht („wollen wir wiederhaben“) und wir durften ein Glas Wasser vom Frühstücksbuffet nehmen. Ansonsten keine Anteilnahme oder Unterstützung.
Kann man nur hoffen, dass man mehr Hilfe bekommt, wenn man im Hotel verunglückt

Obwohl bis 12 Uhr gebucht war wollte das Personal schon um 9 Uhr das Zimmer für den nächsten Gast fertig machen.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war unglaublich freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer / Badezimmer waren nicht sauber. Es gab keine Möglichkeit einige Getränke zu kühlen. Außerdem gab es keinen Wasserkocher, was m.E. in der heutigen Zeit zu einem normalen Standard gehört.
Außerdem gab es unterschiedliche Zeiten per Mail was den Zeitpunkt des Einchecken betraf.
