Problemloser und angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Buchung, Preis, Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz des Personals waren in sehr guter Übereinstimmung. Die Ausstattung ist nicht üppig aber genügt absolut den Anforderungen, besonders gemessen am Preis.

Cons:

Bessere Informationen zum Webcheckin. Die Zimmer könnten eine Minibar haben.

Der Empfang war sehr nett, das Zimmer sehr sauber und das Frühstück war ausreichend.

Cons:

Die Lüftung ging die ganze Zeit und schaltete sich irgendwie auch nicht aus. Die Klimaanlage war nicht an.

Wir haben schon öfftern dort übernachtet. Und da es uns soweit gefällt hatten wir es wieder gebucht.

Cons:

Ich hatte dort Probleme mit dem WLAN für mein Handy. Leider konnte mir das Personal an der Rezeption nicht weiter helfen. Aber es gab eine HOTLINE Nummer für WLAN Probleme. Dort hatte ich angerufen und mein Problem erläutert. Auch was ich schon unternommen habe, hatte ich erläutert. Ich wurde dann nach meiner eMail Adresse und Telefonnummer gefragt. Es kam dann die Auskunft, das sich ein Spezialist (?) deswegen sich melden würde. Das war vor 5 Tagen. Aber leider warte ich immer noch auf den Rückruf. Es hat sich soweit erledigt, das ich schon wieder zu Hause bin. Das ist sehr entäuschend, das ich mein Datenvolumen stark in Anspruch genommen habe. Deswegen überlege ich, ob ich das nächte mal dort buchen werde.
