Ich würde wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten Lage. Es ist nicht weit zur Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Tiefgarage mit Fahrstuhl zum Hotel. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel und im Zimmer ist gut.

Kann ich leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Schade!
Cons:

Leider war das Bad eiskalt, keine Heizmöglichkeit, die Fliesen barfuß nicht zu betreten. Der Waschtisch voller fremder Kosmetikrückstände vom vorherigen Gast.
Der Filzteppichboden im Zimmer war leider voller fremder langer Haare. Das Zimmer war nicht gesaugt.

Pros:

Immer wieder gerne für ein Wochenendtripp. Freundliche Bedienung am Empfang, immer erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Zimmertüren sind schwer (körperliche Kraft) zu öffnen bzw. fallen schwer und mit einer Wucht in das Schloss. Das zu vermeiden ist auch nicht möglich, bei versuchtem sanften Schließen der Tür. Die Zimmertüren fallen in das Schloß und der Hotelgast erlebt eine seismographische Erschütterung in seinem Zimmer.
Müssen die Türfedern so extrem unter Spannung stehen?

Perfekte Lage, sehr sauber, nettes Personal jedoch gibt es Einschränkungen
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach nur perfekt, 5 min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt Straßenbahn direkt vor der Haustür Parkplätze in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal mehr als freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für einen kurz Aufenthalt in Rostock oder zu einem Besuch in der Stadthalle ist dieses Hotel perfekt geeignet.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr Abwechslungsreich und die Theke sehr eng wie bei den meisten B&B Hotels. Der Frühstücksraum erinnert an eine Mensa obwohl er eine sehr gute Lage hat. Unser Zimmer war direkt über eine Raucherecke vor der Haustür gelegen somit konnten wir nachts nicht das Fenster öffnen.

Sehr nett und freundlich
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir haben ausgezeichnet geschlafen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat leider keinen Schrank. Für längere Aufenthalte leider dann nicht geeignet. Aber über das Wochenende völlig ausreichend.
