Ich würde wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten Lage. Es ist nicht weit zur Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Tiefgarage mit Fahrstuhl zum Hotel. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel und im Zimmer ist gut.

Personal am Empfang pfui. Rest hui.

Beim Einchecken wurde ich von einer sehr unfreundlichen Mitarbeiterin empfangen; die dazu auch noch Kaugummi kaute.

Alles was ich für einen Stadturlaub brauche.
Pros:

Vom Check in bis zur Abfahrt hat alles reibungslos geklappt.
Die Zimmer sind klein aber es ist alles okay. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Der Service an der Rezeption war hervorragend, die Rezeptionistin kompetent, höflich und freundlich. Dafür möchte ich mich herzlich bedanken.

Cons:

Die oberste Matratze war sehr rutschig, was das Schlafen unbequem und unsicher machte.

Kurzer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Der Service und die Lage waren super.
Frühstück können wir nicht bewerten, da wir auswärts gefrühstückt haben.
Für eine Nacht war das Hotel mehr als gut.

Cons:

Die Toilette hat etwas unangenehm gerochen. Ich vermute, es kam vom Abfluss.

Pros:

Die Lage, das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis

Cons:

Das Einschecken dauerte lange, obwohl wir das Terminal benutzten. Problem: Parken. Das System mit den Parkkarten ist langwierig und zeitintensiv. Es wird z.T. händisch gearbeitet (Ausstellung der Quittung)! 30 Parkplätze im eigenen Parkhaus für ca. 130 Zimmer ist zu knapp bemessen.
Zu Stoßzeiten ist das Restaurant zum Frühstück überlaufen und sehr laut. Die Selbstbedienung am Buffet dauert dann gefühlt ewig.

Cons:

Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war die Orga am Frühstücksbüfett.
Zu Essen alles gut und ausreichend aber die Räumlichkeit zu klein, schlecht aufgeteilt.
Lange Schlange, und man kann kaum „zwischen die Menschen greifen“ weil man nur Besteck holen möchte.
Dann war es mega heiß im Raum, schlechte Luft.
