A damage deposit of CAD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Parties, excessive noise, and smoking are not allowed. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no elevator or cable. We have provided Roku and an HDMI cord for streaming. In accordance with Toronto COVID 19 regulations, it is mandatory for guests to wear a face mask in public spaces of this building, including the lobby and hallways. Complimentary luggage storage is available in the lobby.

No elevator. The App of Sonder was not working properly. We had to call to get room access codes.
Location is good, flat is well furnished and well equipped with basic amenities.
No staffs on site and thus unable to get any communication or supports when there’s a problem. The chat on the app is unresponsive! Also it’s next to a hospital so some ambulance noises during the night are unavoidable.
Really great living room/kitchen space with everything you need. Clean and comfortable bedrooms and bathroom. Great view of the city from the large living room windows. Very easy to access the unit, connect to WiFi, etc. Fantastic location in easy walking to so many of Toronto's great neighbourhoods - Queen West, College St, Chinatown, Kensington Market, Eaton's Center, etc.
The Hasty Market downstairs looks a little worse for wear, but that's the only negative I can think of.
Great one bed apartment, immaculately clean, everything you need for little bit longer stay, cooking and clothes washing facilities. Smooth contactless arrival and departure system. Ideal location downtown, easy walk to Museums and Galleries, Restaurants, Bars, Queen St West, Shopping, Historic areas and Subway. Quiet sleep too, as our apartment was onto a small side street rather than the main road. Loved that there were extra supplies of coffee, washing bits, fresh towels etc available if you needed them. Just made things easy and stress free.
Not much to improve. A few hooks; on backs of doors or hall wall would be really good for coats and towels when wet. We weren’t keen on the plastic sheet under bedding as hot/uncomfortable. Nor the heating system which was fan based and would come on loudly. We could have turned it off I guess, but then it was -18 outside!
Extremely Excellent. This was my second time to stay at Sonder Elm, Toronto.
The configuration here is just like that of a home, with everything needed for family life, so you can move in right away.
The transportation is of very convenience, with buses and subways within easy reach.
Clean, spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, and the location was perfect for our stay in Toronto and close enough to downtown without too much time wasted travelling.
All amenities that we needed were provided, and even access to extra items which we had ran out of (coffee, bin liners, clothes washing capsules etc).
The location was not too noisy for us considering its nproximity to the centre, beds were comfortable and everything was all in order, support was quick to respond when we had queries

I found a quiet and peaceful environnement. It simply felt like home to me. Everything was neat. I loved the art design in my appartement. I fell in love with the body wash from a company named DEDE that was for my use in the bathroom. They had a reed diffuser in the entrance so that It smelled nice when you came in. The climate was not set on AC when i arrived and that is brilliant and on cold nights i could easily warm the whole place quickly. I will definitely look for a Sonder on my next travel.
