Bien pero mejorable
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo muy bien.

Cons:

Siempre las excursiones son temprano y el desayuno es tarde asi que hay dias que nos quedamos sin aprovechar el desayuno. Nos ofrecieron tomar agua del minibar y nos las cobraron luego. Muchas cuestas para llegar al sitio.

A standard stay with good value for money.
Pros:

The location was convenient and easy to find. The price was also very reasonable, and overall the staff were helpful.

Cons:

The hotel was quite old, the shower head was broken, Also, complimentary water was only provided on the first day. After that, two bottles cost €1, which didn’t really make sense to me. If we had made separate one-night bookings, the water would apparently have been complimentary each day.

Pros:

Ein restauriertes, nostalgisches sowie ein schönes Hotel. Sehr angenehm und nicht überladen. Konak nahe. Schöne Terrasse und Panorama. Das Hotelzimmer wie auf den Fotos, sehr sauber und eine gute Matratze zum schlafen.
Das Personal war unglaublich herzlich, sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.
Sie haben von Anfang an mein Herz erobert, alle meine Wünsche wurden im Hotel zu meiner äußerst großen Zufriedenheit erfüllt.
Das Frühstück war ebenfalls eine Gaumenfreude und optisch sehr liebevoll und delikat angerichtet.
Auch wenn ich verwandte in Izmir habe, würde ich sehr gerne wieder im Variante Hotel bleiben wollen.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Variant. Es ist ebenfalls auch ein beliebter Treffpunkt für junge Leute mit Autos und Musik.. Deshalb war es teilweise etwas zu laut. Nachdem ich mein Fenster geschlossen habe, war es allerdings nicht mehr störend.
Ich fand das Waschbecken etwas zu klein und ich habe im Badezimmer ein oder zwei Gardrobenhaken für die Handtücher vermisst.
Sonst alles Tiptop und ich habe nichts anderes zu beanstanden.

Great stay at the Variante Hotel
Pros:

The staff there are very kind and hospitable. Great view. Great Breakfast. Close enough to walk everywhere including being near a metro. Nice old style and decor.

Cons:

No kettle and a slight lack of space for clothes etc.

Cons:

В день приезда на ресепшн была девушка, она была очень любезна, но вот последующие служащие вели себя немного странно... К сожалению нам не предоставили завтрак пораньше, так как мы уезжали на экскурсию. Причём мы предупредили заранее, написали сообщение в букинге и в сообщении нам ответили, что завтрак нам предоставят, но когда мы пришли утром, тоне смогли выпить даже кофе. Гостиница не совсем оправдала наши ожидания, но в целом не плохо.

charming historic building with a good view
Pros:

A beautiful historic house, family business, warm and charming atmosphere. The view from the café and terrace is spectacular. The stuff was extremely nice.

Cons:

The rooms are tiny! There is no place to store / organize anything. That makes it uncomfortable. We lived for 3 days on top of the bed… almost no room to even walk out of the bed. Also the location is on top of a really steep hill, that makes it difficult with luggage. You need to arrive by car

Decent but overpriced
Pros:

The bed was clean and comfy. You MUST use airplugs to sleep as the room faces heavy city traffic, but the bed and towels were clean. The building is dated, but has charm.

Cons:

OVERPRICED! For 60 euros anywhere else on the planet you get a very different quality. For half the price this would be 10 out of 10, but not for this amount:
- heavy traffic, no isolation windows, you must use earplugs
- the building is dated and the construction quality inside is on the cheap
- it was ok clean, but not really deeply clean (i mean the floor and the objects)
- unless you are fit, getting there could be a challenge as it is on top of a hill that you need to climb.
- the surrounding area is transit/lackluster, but weirdly there is a beautiful cafe up the street, and a great cig borek place next to it. So that made up for the urban ugliness.

Again, nothing is terribly wrong, but this was very overpriced for the overall experience compared to the rest of the world.

Cons:

Персонал уставший, расположение на горе, номер крохотный и еще меньше санузел!
Самое ужасное все наше пребывание сверху было слышно все!!!
Не знаю что там делали, но постоянный шум!!
С окон дуло!
Запах плесени в номере обострил мою аллергию !
Завтрак симпатичный и все, впредь не хотела б тут остановиться

Стильный бутик-отель с потрясающим видом на Измир

Остановились в Variante Hotel и остались под большим впечатлением от атмосферы этого места. Это отличный бутик-отель для тех, кто ценит стиль и уют.
Плюсы:
• Вид: Пожалуй, это главное преимущество. Вид на город и залив просто потрясающий, можно часами любоваться панорамой прямо из отеля.
• Завтраки: Очень вкусные, разнообразные и по-настоящему сытные. Отличное качество продуктов и приятная подача.
• Атмосфера: Отель очень стильный, с вниманием к деталям, что создает особое настроение.

Cons:

Единственный минус — состояние сантехники. В нашем номере душ явно требовал ремонта. Надеюсь, администрация обратит на это внимание, так как в остальном отель просто замечательный.

Le personnel est incroyablement sympathique et serviable, et le petit-déjeuner est délicieux ! Très belle vue sur la ville! Les chambres sont très propres.

Cons:

Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas bien. Les murs sont fins et donc peu insonorisés.
